TOPIC: Circumcision after round 1

I'm just speculating that I had HA put in and no independent proof and I don't know how I am going to prove or disprove it.

As I mentioned before, the doc says it was PMMA only, be it Bellfil/Metacrill or whatever. All I have is his word and I can only choose to believe him or not.

One thing though, I have no hard nodules what so ever, just masses of tougher (probably internal scar)tissue in some areas. Even in these, there are no hard lumps. For that I am thankful!

You can prove it with Hyaluronidase. Whatever happens make sure you go to a Dr and get injected. If there is HA it will dissolve and then we can see if any PMMA was really injected. It's not Bellafill. You need an allergy test 4 weeks before the procedure for that. Also the price means it can't be. You definitely don't want to be in position when you are unsure what is in your penis and how permanent it is, especially if you are unhappy with the appearance. There is no point trying to correct issues that we aren't even sure are being cause by permanent tissue or by HA. Mixing them is absurd. It makes no sense to do this. When you had your consult before the procedure, what did he say he was going to inject? Were you given any paper work?

The doc who has a practice in the same complex as Dr C.

But what doctor is willing to inject hyaluronidase on the word of somebody who thinks he may have HA in in penis?

The PMMA is being used 'off label' AND in Mexico so....

Perhaps I should wait another 6-12 months before dong round 2. That way if there was HA it would have been broken down naturally by then.

I think is Camacho Melo. He does mix PMMA and some HA to stimulate more collagen growth. That is what he thinks. That is what I watched on YouTube.

Personally I'd inject myself. In fact I have injected myself with hyaluronidase. If you aren't prepared to do that and I don't blame you, then definitely wait at least a year.

Also don't go back to that clinic. I've got to ask, why did you go there in the first place?

I would definitely try it myself if I could get my hands on some.

I contacted both clinics, read literature from both, look at pics etc. And I thought that injecting PMMA while Erect and the doc moving it into place was preferable in my opinion.

I wish you'd posted about that before. I could have told you that injecting PMMA Erect is a waste of time. It's a marketing scam. PMMA products use a carrier, either water based or bovine. So unless the carrier absorbs before the Erection wears off, it's pointless. With something like Voluma, it tends to stay wear it's injected, so having an Erection can be beneficial. But with the particulate based fillers, they can and will move and change over the next few days or some claim weeks. Once the Erection goes down, everything gets compressed and the PMMA is just going to move to the area of least resistance, hence you have that bulge.

I only found out about this board or any other only after I had my round 1.

That doctor also does lig cut while Erect, another marketing shit.

I'm sorry to hear about your results, have you considered having your base repaired by dr. Casavantes and have it filled out with 30% PMMA? now that you are cut it should not be a problem.
At this point it seems you gained a lot and I'd just want a more symmetrical shape.

My imbalance became more obvious only when I had the circ done. Before that (pre cut) my unit looked pretty good and that was probably because the PMMA was placed with me being uncut in mind, so I'm not especially upset that I have this mound on the right side after circ.

I'm already 6.5" at the widest point so I don't want to get any more Girth if that can be helped since I'm already thicker than I am long, so yes, my round 2 is to gain symmetry and perhaps a bit more under the glans.

Yes, your unit looked very good while it was still uncut. Don't feel bad that you did it. As you said, when Erect while uncut, it was weird. I got cut while an adult and I've regretted it ever since. I used to be very sensitive in the glans and now I hardly feel anything due to desensitization. I have to have a really aggressive rub to cum. Hindsight is 20/20. You can have a real good looking Cock once you get that symmetry fixed, but don't ever pump after that! It will move around and change shape and looks. Also, I would wait a long while in between treatments. That way you can see how it appears after its settled for a long time., like a year. I did mine too fast (4 rds within two years), and I wish I would have stopped after rd 2. It looks fake when I'm Flaccid and I have to keep pulling it out from retracted to make it look somewhat good.
