I don't think that the antibiotics inhibit growth. I think the main thing are the supplements you are taking. I can recommend you to take some high quality hydrolisated collagen (Great Lakes is one of the best, from grass fed animals) and a good source of vitamin C (Camu Camu is what I take, the best source of C, 60 times more powerful than oranges). This combo is very good for collagen growth. Do not take pharmaceutical shit, they are isolate and dead, your body cannot assimilate them in that state. I know what I say, I work in a pharmacy and I love real food. It really seamed to soften the implant and smoothed things out. I pumped two to three times a day @-7 in hg for 10 min. Still pumping now and probably won't let up until I get close to going for round 3.
