As I said, it seems he is no longer active. My preference is Casavantes, then I see Nemeckova and the fact that she is very near to me. Then I see Passy and his opinion of doing the main work in one round... Hoddle, to be honest, I have no fucking idea who to choose, and I am reading tons here. One said Nemeckova does not care about her patients and she is not the way to go, others say Casavantes is not a "good" professional because he allows his patients to decide the amount of PMMA, and so on...
