I am planning on getting PMMA with DR C in Mexico and wade told me that I had to get Circumcised first? How is it that you had your procedure and did not have to get Circumcised? Where did you get your done? Thank you for sharing. Its looks great.

I am now a little more than two weeks after first procedure and everything is perfect. I Think the collagen is kicking in. I do not Think you have to be circumsided at Dr. C's clinic. My procedure was done in Prague.

No one answered this, and it is an extremely important question that hits on a very important topic. I will begin addressing, and hopefully, cultivating this topic in a moment, but first I would like to introduce myself, as this is my first post. I'm 40, mixed race (Icelandic & Brazilian), successful business owner and have an avg size penis (6" EL, 5" EG: lig cut when I was 23, on and off PE). While I have certainly scratched my head a few times after sexual encounters (wondering if I pleased her) I've never had any complaints, and almost always leave women in orgasmic ecstasy. In short, I'm very popular with the ladies, and have amassed a vast network of women over the years, with whom I have sex, as I desire. My prowess in the 'sex department' has earned me gifts from some women, including money, expensive gifts and perks. I realize the aforementioned sounds very braggadocious but it's the truth, and I want to give you an accurate picture of my background. Ok, back to topic.

The issue of product application and integrity is rarely discussed on these boards, which I've been reading for quite some time before this first post. Of all the doctors out there performing "male" cosmetic procedures, only a handful have earned 'decent reputation' status here. But without everyone uploading, or at least reporting on, their pre/post PMMA results, how does a patient actually know how much percentage and CC's they're actually getting when they undergo a procedure? Even then it's a mystery. My point is that we can be getting anything put into our dicks without the slightest idea if what was purchased is what is actually in there. PMMA is tricky because post-procedure the swelling and fluid content makes you look a lot bigger, which is very satisfying for a man wanting a bigger Dick, but it's only for a few weeks and then you start losing gains. In some cases quite dramatically, and in others, virtually all.

If that's not bad enough, the nature of PMMA promotes the application of "touch-ups" or additional "rounds" to achieve optimal results, my point being that it behooves the doctors to keep you coming back for more procedures. Ultimately, it sets up a cloudy scenario where you are completely at the monetary/ethical mercy of the doctor, who can simply tell you that your lack of gains is due to your particular genetics, or some other scientific hoopla, when it may be just that they didn't administer the grade or volume of product purchased. To be clear, I'm not trying to bash any doctors, however, I think it's a very important discussion to have, as many of you here are putting yourselves at risk for a procedure with results you can't count on, while these doctors can count on getting your money. Again and again.

I don't see how with PMMA you could have no gains (virtually all) it's a permanent filler.

Whatever goes in - basically stays in.

There are only about 3 surgeons really who do penile PMMA that are known elements and trusted.

They are all so busy, trying to get people in , just for the sake of it would seem counter productive.

Dr N for example, has a fixed price up front for 3 sessions, all small , around 10 ml each time.

It's hard to tell how much I gained. I do not have before pictures, but when I look at my penis and remember before PMMA, I gained some. Actually the last days I have being thinking about just settle with the 1. procedure because I am satisfied with the gain, but then again I already made the reservation for 2. procedure and I have bought the plan tickets. But I think 2. procedure will be last procedure for me. thanks for asking.

Thanks for your reply Dexterphall. I have read several entries on these boards where the patient loses thickness over time, after doing the PMMA procedure (sometimes nominal, sometimes considerable). My understanding is that the filler that suspends the PMMA is supposed to dissipate and give way to body-created collagen. The problem with this scenario presented by the doctors is that body-created collagen isn't static; it's a dynamic process, whose volume depends on a variety of factors, including diet, age, supplementation, genetics, etc. So let's say the figurative Patient A undergoes PMMA with the figurative Dr Y and follows an excellent pre and post procedure diet and process, while Patient B does it with Dr Z while following poor diet and process. If they received the same volume and grade of product, we should expect Patient A to achieve a better result, correct? yeah this doesn't seem to be the case when reading these posts. There appear to be considerable disparities between patient results here, and one of the key variables, which may be affecting this is not knowing what is actually going into our dicks. There's no way for us to know. I think it's a valid issue, which once corrected, will eliminate this variable. One possible solution may be for all of us to start requesting to see the product extraction and weighing/filling process, so you can actually see the product being freshly taken out from its branded container and filled into its applicator. Not sure how practical it would be for the clinics but it's a common-sense way to eliminate any quality/quantity concerns moving forward. Any thoughts guys?

Well for sure you lose some size initially but that's the swelling etc going down , I don't think I've ever read that somebody lost their size once the collagen element had fully taken place.

HA etc, for sure, loss over time, fat transfers , awful loss.

PMMA, I really cant' remember one person on here saying it somehow went back to normal.

Definatley agree , some people do better than others though , that's for sure.

Have you had any issues retracting your Foreskin after the procedure?
Any problems or discomfort during sex or masturbating?

No problems retracting the Foreskin, but it often go right back again and covers the glans. And no pain or any discomfort during sex.

Two weeks after the procedure I had sex, but it did not really feel different for me and the Girl and I had never had sex together before. It is easy to retract the Foreskin and it use to stay retracted but now because of PMMA it slides right back again, that's the only bad thing about the procedure.
