I dont think that Dr. N is using alprostadil/Caverject to inject the PMMA. Thats i believe a huge difference between dr.c and dr. N!!

What do you guys think about that???

Really? Dr. N does this while the penis is Erect?? Many of my issues are seen better when Erect so I would consider her if she is skilled doing it in this manner.

Interesting, I always presumed it had to be done Erect to get it in all the length. I know Dr C does it that way.

I presumed it had to be Erect, or it was impossible to get a good finish evenly but then folks here have had great results with Dr N without being Erect.

Things like HA are almost certainly better when done Erect. Anything that uses a carrier, like PMMA, makes doing the procedure Erect a waste of time. It doesn't "set" for several days and the Erection wears off after hours. So then you've got a water based filler in your penis that was injected when it was long and thick, but is now squished down and can move. HA tends to stay where it's injected, hence there is some advantage to doing the procedure Erect. But PMMA will move around, hence you need to massage and and came extended etc post op.

I believe when you inject PMMA without Erection its even more probably that you get local Girth increase because she doesnt know how much your penis expand and than you have only in the middle of the penis PMMA for example. Well thats something i can imagine why dr.c is using it with Erection.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't use an Erection and there is absolutely no advantage to having one rather than having someone gently pull your penis to a stretched Flaccid. Injecting whilst Erect is going to do absolutely nothing to stop the PMMA moving out of tight skin areas and into areas of least resistance in the following days. It's a water based carrier, if the skin is tight it will move to areas where the skin is less tight, hence the need for massage etc. After care is key, not injecting when Erect.

sorry but this is as wrong as it gets....

Dr.C has said he will NOT do it with an Erection as it just makes the whole thing a lot more difficult..

And if injecting PMMA was better with an Erection, you would have to have a boner for 2-3 days while you wait for it to set! its gonna move around as soon as you go Flaccid anyway.. (until about the second or third day)

Dr. Camacho is the one who started the injecting with Erection procedure. Haven't seen one before and after of that procedure. There is a video on youtube showing the procedure and how it's done.

Unless you're a trained medical doctor, nobody here is qualified to say for certain if being Erect or Flaccid is best for any injectable PMMA, HA or otherwise.

I like to use sometimes Alprostadil so i can have sex for hours...can i still use it or is it dangerous when the needle hits a capsule?

I just went to Dr. N. last week for my 1. round. She does not to it Erect, but it is still a great result. I had 10 cc with 30% and I got a little more Girth. Today is a week after the procedure. After the procedure, almost no pain, a bit swelling and no discolor.
My penis looks very naturel...can't tell is got metagrill. Only a little more Girth..I am going for 2. round July th.7. I am very happy about everything. Nice clinic, nice Dr. very calm and relaxing place.
It takes some time before the Girth is as I will like it, but better taking the time and get a great and naturel result.

I think you are making a wise choice. Getting it injected slowly is way better than trying to get the most possible in one procedure. Results will be more predictable. I like her conservative approach.
