Funnily, whilst gys here a fairly huge, the girls are quite tight. That's something to think about - fillers must not be moving about. The Hydro Max does not require a Cock ring and I haven't found that it impacts Erection quality. I will admit to keeping Cialis in my system though because I like a sure thing. As for frequency, I pump in the shower in the morning and in the evening. I don't pump for more than 15-20. 2 to 3 pumps per shower, just for a short break and to massage. I find it best to put the pump on with an Erection. That advice came from Miracle8. Can't take credit. You should read his thread I use an ads leg strap system for 4-8 hours during the day, but that's because I'm also trying to add length. Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions.
