Very interesting, thanks for keeping us posted.It actually makes very much sense to me because since I was 18, I had issues with Seborrhea (flaky facial skin, dandruff) and when I visited local dermatologist, I was told that it is not curable, and we can only manage it by applying corticosteroids, that have nasty side effects, and stop working after a while. After that, I started browsing the NCBI, only to find a couple of studies showing the treatment with fluconazole (anti-fungal) with a cream that I can't recall the name of, and printed it out, visited another doctor, and presented him with it. The doctor agreed to put me on that protocol, and after 6 months, I had complete baby skin with no signs of Seborrhea present. I can completely relate to being offered subpar medical treatment due to the need to process volumes of patients every day, especially in countries with universal healthcare.If you are bored and have nothing to watch, I can recommend you a movie called Prescription Thugs.Again, not to defend him, since I don't know him, but it seemed interesting, that's why I wanted to share that with you .Anyways...Did he advise you to do any manual exercises, like maybe stretching or edging/jelqing? And have you talked about the way you are going to go about it since you plan on traveling?

How is the post op going? I've had Phalloplasty (twice) and the stretcher the first time and the vacuum the second time both made me impotent.

Guys its been an interesting few days with Dr Adams. Ive learned A LOT. And it seems I will be treating a lot other problems I wasnt aware of with his help too. So my blood works showed I have lower level kidney function, some issue with liver function, insulin issue, etc whatever including possibly early indicators of ED (possibly some of it because of propecia) aside from my desired PE. So Im on a program which should help raise my test levels as well as PE.

About pumps and extenders, manual PE jelq:

Basically pumps arent good to use as what they do is they pull the RBCs out of the vessels and into the upper layers, and depending on how extreme you have done it causing some level of inflammation, when it dries off or dies down what happens is the RBCs stay there in that upper layer and this isnt good for the penis cause penis as any other part works by the electronic synopse or something connectivity, like sending signals, so when you have dried off RBCs... they spoil the communication cause they have a chemical structure of sorts.

So Pumps not good.

Extenders:

people using extenders after a while face issues with continuing growth cause continuous pulling causes inflammation, you have fibers that get formed from the pull so that gets thicker and less versatile. So stretches are good but not extended, a few mins every few hours than long 2 hours sessions, extenders up to 20-30mins then a break is ok

extenders themselves are not very useful with marginal results etc.

astrix, good luck with Dr adams. I hope it works out for you, i wish i could do it myself but im not in canada (perhaps i can buy myself a cheap caravan and live there for a while very cheaply while i do his protocol lmao)
