Pain was a little more than expected . Still pretty swollen. At this point looks like I am going to have a good bit of retraction so sure wish I could start Hanging. Nocturnal erections are getting less painful. Def can see the edge of the graft towards the glans, stops about 3/4 of Inch before glans , I guess I am going to have a taper. Not sure what my gains are yet , but ballpark looks to be about an 1 Inch midshaft. Length is a loss at this point. We will see. I know he doesn't use an incision below the glans, so often leaves the graft a bit short. You can get some filler put in to smooth that out though. I was wondering the same thing since he no longer does the glans incision. Guess I will wait and see how things turn out, may not be as obvious when all healed. I remember way back at the old yahoo surgical group the issue of the graft not reaching the end with Dr R cropped up. Maybe he started again and then stopped again. But it wont be a big deal anyway. Like I said, you can always add a little filler if it's noticeable, so there is a simple, low cost solution if it comes to that. I know what the wait is like. It does seem like a lifetime! I am about 2 1/2 weeks into healing. At this point I would say I got about an Inch in EG , but still hurts like a MOFO to really know for sure, and I have some def loss of length but then again I feel the Hanging will fix that once I can start doing that. I came down with the flu 3 days after surgery so I may be a little slower in healing.
