Yup,but i see what hunkydory means about convenience and money. Even if a person can gain .5 after swelling is down it's still the same as going to dr.c in Mexico after traveling expenses. Now here's the negative part about mixing a long term permanent filler with a short term permanent filler is that after the short term filler has diminished, u will be left with a uneven penis which means you have to go back sooner than later.

Exactly he must know what mixing fillers does, yet he continue only to make a quick buck. It makes it hard to choose a doctor when they both are shady.

sorry, still no Erect pics - i pumped it a bit yesterday just to see what would happen - well i mentioned before that i like to pump every so often and i was really very curious about the effect. it swelled up quite quickly and by a lot, like to the maximum it used to after an all evening session but this time after 3 x 20mins, which i would normally get maybe about 0.75 Inch extra Girth rather than almost 2 Inch. and its not gone back to normal yet (after 36 hours i kind of expected it would be back to normal but its kind of holding quite a bit still- which in itself is a very interesting difference, i dunno if the HA has some sort of absorption thing going on and the pumping inflated it with my lymph fluids?). but i digress, i realise this is not a pumping forum (i have newart for that).

anyway, i will leave the bugger alone for another day and then post an Erect pic tomorrow night. i reckon it will be a 0.5 Inch Girth gain when Erect compared to previously although i dont want to get my hopes up.

That's very interesting. Maybe leave it for a few days until you are sure it's gone back to normal and then pump again, to see if it was a one off or not. It be a big deal to discover HA helps to keep pumping gains for extender periods. A game changer even!

i read in quite a few posts on the patient reports section that that happens with PMMA, and there was that stuff about swelling with PMMA after sex as well.

thing i was really surprised about was my enlargement with pumping was a lot faster than ever had been previously and also stayed longer. thats with the HA (temporary) filler so i was pretty surprised, but it was a good surprise. lol. i just measured and it was just under 6 Inch Girth, 36 hours after pumping, thats a good half Inch+ than i would normally expect.

i am going to wait till tomorrow morning and measure again. but i reckon, looking at it right now, its going to have returned to normal, unpumped size, by then. which you know, is fine, but also, would be great if it was going to last longer ! that would be a real discovery !

So does HA hold the pump gains better then PMMA? Because I was under the impression that the more of the product you have, the better your results from pumping.

@eastender - doc said gains about 12 months but decline slowly over the year and would definitely need 'refill' after 12 months. but with these fillers there are so many variables depending on the individual. juvederm is one of the longer lasting ones but its pricey, well, thats why its pricey i expect.
i am fairly pleased with result, although hoped for greater gain i think i might have been unrealistic. it was very simple procedure, like literally in and and out in a matter of 15 minutes (procedure itself, there was a bit a faffing around with initial 'consultation' and putting numbing cream on my Cock and things like that) and literally a few days for the injection marks to go and that is that. all fully functional and healed. they just say 'dont have sex for 3 days in case there is risk of infection in injection holes, although they close up pretty much immediately anyway.
the issue is the price for the effect. it aint cheap and the effect is modest IMO. but you know, almost zero down time and complications so that was a big consideration for me.


@indiano - i dont know about holding gains longer than PMMA, i can only speak to my experience with HA compared to no HA, and it holds gains longer with the HA, based on 1 test only though - not conclusive so i will do another at the weekend.

but as i have never had PMMA, anything i know about that is what i read on the patient posts on this forum.

Well I've received my Penis Pump. It's an electric one! Not to sure if that was a good idea or not but it looked good and is well made. In Flaccid form it pumped to about 15cm not to sure of Girth. Then when Erect it pumped to 17.5cm and felt quite sore at times, to the point where I would release the vacum and then allow it to re pump. When pumping the penis at the rubber base entry seems to get very tight there, the exposed penis does get wider but it doesn't where the rubber is. It's as if the rubber entry is too tight stopping my penis from expanding correctly.....
