I took Cialis, and yes it helped relax it and so did the Flomax. But I mean long term, after healing, it still retracts and pigs out. Gotta have something that lasts about 6 months like botox to keep it from retracting. Better than taking pills every few days.

How long did you use your esl for? Also the amount of 10% vs 30% PMMA may have something to do with it. The firmer the PMMA the less retraction.

Degloving is a serious step and if you've red some of the experiences here is not to be taken lightly. Don't put yourself in a position where after degloving you wish you had your PMMA Dick back.

I ws told to use it for several weeks, so I will until its gone. Don't be afraid to use it all over your shaft. I did, and it seemed to smooth everything out nicely. The PMMA has softened, but still in there in chunks. I don't think that will disappear ever.

I'm trying to more closely match the hard areas with the softer, so I think using it all over is counterproductive.

Massaging a scar is a medically accepted way of reducing/softening scar tissue. Since we have PMMA as well as scar tissue inside, you won't be able to eliminate the bumps totally, but I suspect that you can make it flatter and softer.

I hear ya about total shaft coverage vs select areas. I thought about that too. But then I figured since there's plastic everywhere inside, might as well soften it all up, even break things up a bit, and re-collagen the internal, almost like starting over with 10% instead of all that 30% I got. It seems to have been working ok. I prefer the softer feel to it rather than more firm while Flaccid. One time, I pulled my shorts off and a girl asked me if I had a hard on. I didn't, it just seemed to be due to the stiffness of the product. Now my Flaccid looks as a Flaccid should...limp noodle until provoked!

I don't understand why you are using that and not trying hyaluronidase.

Hoddle - Do you me injecting hyaluronidase? Or getting powder and using DMSO? Thanks
