Elist's cupping implants seem to have a low complication rate in all honesty, based on the posts here. What would concern me is fertility issues'.

His penile implant is a scam and should not me implanted in any man.

If you keep originals shouldn't be major problem with fertility , that is something I wasn't worried about at my age on my 50's ... Btw ( most surgeons most likely would not remove normal testes to implant prosthetics for larger size) , while I read many surgeons " suture " small testicles to the prosthetic one, my surgeon stated he wasn't going to do anything with my atrophic testicles and just leave them in scrotum freely, I was a little concern however this has been fine no problems....

I'm from Czech Republic, so buying anything of this kind from the US would be perilous, if not impossible.
But I think I will send them an e-mail. Just to know generally what price to expect - if 800 or 8000 dollars What do you think the price would be roughly for custom ones?

I had Elist perform the cupping procedure a year ago, and everything has gone well. They are larger than original but also harder. They can be squeezed,but noticeably harder. I need to stretch the skin more, so they hang more, as they don't hang like they used to because there is more volume in the sack now.

These cost $8000 for the doctor plus air fare and hotel, so probably about $8700 total

I suspect some issues may arise from elist testicles, they "may" cause issues with checking the real testicles for any problems (x-ray, dr checking for abnormalities). They will also lower the temperature to produce healthy sperms. Scar tissue developing around the silicon cups.....

I think you are right, and may be the cause of possible lesions and/or cancer' You never, never know'..

So if someone has, lets call it somewhat below average Balls but not small and is unhappy with how their Balls currently "hang" (tight scrotum), would the implants help stretch the scrotum over time resulting in lower hang? Bigger Balls would be a plus, if no other issues.

I'm at 6 months post surgery with th 5 cm testicular implants ( pre surgery 2 cm each due to testoserone therapy) other than filling our scrotum more I don't Experience a " lower Hanging " scrotum from before but since it is filled out more I do feel the weight of a larger scrotum often which I absolutely enjoy .....I am thinking of beginning some scrotal stretching processes

I asked Elist's assistant whether it affects the sperm count, he said it wouldn't affect anything, it just cups the testicals.

I never knew that ball were such a concern to so many men. I though the size of the penis was the only hang up. I guess I can't understand because I've never seen or felt tiny Balls, like what happen on testosterone I assume. Do any of you get comments on your Balls from women?

Obtaining testoserone from outside source usually brings libido back, increases muscle growth and needs to be strictly monitor to minimize many problems from having " to much" in system including attach or a blood clot in lungs known as pulmonary embolism (PE) which usually will end life immediately

So, the implants will not make your Balls hang lower. Only regular regime of stretching with ball hangers would do that.

I'm past my child barring age, so to be on the safe side, you may want to wait until after you've had your last child to consider the procedure. Just saying. I don't have any evidence that sperm count reduces however, or other problems.

I've had no problems or issues after 14 months.
