It actually may be better for penetration when the glans is smaller if the shaft is sizely. My glans is pretty pathetic and I'm still thinking about getting PMMA in January. I've seen photos where an perceived oversize of the lower shaft (closest to glans) can be attributed to a European style Circumcision. In Europe, they only cut half the Foreskin off. The look is very similar.
