astrix1981, thanks for the compliments. I can't tell you how much PMMA has changed sex for me and my wife. I know that she loves the Girth more than the length and so for guys of any length, PMMA is a game changer. However, I always ask all members to do their research and be completely informed on the risks and dangers associated with the procedure before making the decision to get PMMA. I saw your link and understand that you're getting Round 1 on March 8, 2016. Good luck on the procedure, and I hope you get phenomenal gains. Just be sure to keep up with the after care protocol to minimize the risk of nodules, lumping, or other aesthetic problems. Tijuana is not that bad. I like it myself. Again, good luck my friend.

Did you do the PRP? Any thoughts on that beyond what you have already mentioned?

ROUND 2, DAY 38 UPDATE:

Well, things have remained the same through the first month. I'm at 5 & 7/8th inches Flaccid Girth and sometimes find myself at 6 inches. As such, its about another .5 Inch gain between Round 1 and Round 2. My Erect Girth also increased .5 inches between Round 1 and 2, going from 5.75 in Round 1 to 6.25 after Round 2. I really like the aesthetics, and my wife likes the size.

I tried pumping a few weeks back, but it really turned my Dick a dark color so I stopped. However, this past weekend, I tried pumping again, and it was much better. I was able to get the Dick size increased to about 6.75 inches MSEG and man it looked crazy. My wife liked it, but she's a bit sore too. I'm gonna see if she gets used to the 6.75 size by pumping it from time to time, and if so, then I can justify going for a Round 3. For now, all's good, so I'm in no rush to go in for another Round.

Loving the numbers. Keep us posted with photos. The pumping pushes me to 6.0, normal FG 5 and EG 5.5. Want FG at 6+ and EG at 7. Wish my length was more but thats just always going be around 5.5. and BP comes to about EL 6. FL ranging between 3.5-4

Those are awesome numbers. Man it took me 4 rounds to go 1.25". But I'm not quite done with the collagen phase. But I should be right around 6.10" after all
is said and done.

astrix1981, majk1, and CPW, thanks for the compliments. I'm liking my stats thus far, which again, are still at 5 and 7/8th inches to 6 inches Flaccid Girth and 6 and 3/8ths to 6.5 inches Erect Girth. I still want a little more, but can hold off on Round 3 for a bit longer I guess.

Thanks for asking. Right now in terms of round 3 I'm holding off until I get a 1/2" increase in BPEL. We're loving the Girth increase. Then again I may wake up one day and think "Screw holding off round 3 for the increase in length."

My round 2 (mid Dec) was over 3 months ago now. My Girth has been stable since day 11 post round 2. So I'm confident my Girth numbers are stable.

I have been reading this thread in aw. Fascinating PE journey! I am impressed. I am not trying to disrupt the flow, but out of extreme curiosity, did any of y'all try manual PE (Jelq, Extenders, stretching, Hanging, Clamping) before pursuing PMMA?

As someone new to it ALL, I wondering if the PE journey was years into the making or surgery just seemed like a quick/better solution. With so much info on all the different forums, it can make one's head (pun?) explode. @Justdoit, did you try manual PE for Girth before deciding on surgery?

nokeio, I did do years of manual PE. Just go to the very first post of this thread and see all the different types of PE I've done over the years. It took me years to arrive at my decision to get PMMA. I hope this helps.

Great gains man! Very nice work.

How did you describe to Dr. C how you wanted the distribution of PMMA? I think he asks you about "ideal shape" or something like that when you get the procedure, whether you want it distributed evenly, or more at the base, or more at the midsection. Is that accurate? I'm just in the beginning stages of researching all this so if you could explain how you conveyed your desired result to Dr. C that would be helpful. Thanks!

Dr. C didn't ask me how I'd like PMMA distributed. Instead, he explains, using a blue marker and marking off different regions of the penis by quadrants, where he plans on making the injection sites, and then explaining how he's going to distribute the PMMA. Overall, he'll allow you to give input, however, I didn't bother since I had faith in both him and Wade, that they'd give me good aesthetics. Remember, most of the aesthetic result depends on your aftercare maintenance, not just on how successful the procedure goes.
