I'm the guy from almost two years ago who has the Penile and Testicular Surgery. No issues with either. My Penis is 7"thick when hard, and a little more than 6" in length.. It has not increased much in length as I was told. I did fly down to see the DR. to figure out the issue, since I had my testicles done as well, they're holding my penis up, and thus not allowing the skin to stretch and "Grow"... I'm supposed to use ball stretchers to assist with the length increase. I'm pleased with the results, but wish my length was closer to 7" or 8" ... prior to surgery i was just shy of 6".. so i at least got above 6" length...
