It looks pretty close to perfect in terms of a natural result - your tattoos are pretty amazing too.

There are some small irregularities that I can pick up (not really evident in the photo) .but I'll wait till later on to point them out if they are still there. So far I'm happy!

How are you coming along? You're probably still a little inflamed. My measurements seemed to stabilize around a month after my PMMA surgery. For about three weeks post surgery I was rocking a 6.5" MSEG. That was so great. haha

You may be really close to 7" BPEL already. I'm 6.25" NBPEL (as you) and I'm 6.75" BPEL.

I've never done extenders before but I've started using ADS since my PMMA round 1 in late September. I'm already noticing a difference.

Also, for me, pumping 10 min twice a day has helped. But pumping post PMMA is controversial. Some have negative results from it. So far it's been positive for me. I can hit 7" during the pump. It stretches my penis pretty hard. I'm limiting my duration per what Wade recommended. I've read pumping provides only temporary results. It does stretch everything out which seems like a good thing. Probably lots of micro tears that collagen will Repair....

So far it appears the swelling has gone done. I dropped from 6" MSEG to 5.75" MSEG and now I've actually gone up again to 5.875'mseg.

So you dropped from 6.5 to 6" after 3weeks?
Im really hoping to hold onto 5.75, it feels great

I'm eager to try pumping how long after did you start? I've seen results from pumping before PMMA

Bdog, congrats! If I could get the same result, I would be in there next month. I'm still afraid to get PMMA but my mid-shaft is 4.5" and I've been following all of this since the MNS days.

Could you please detail your after procedure care in your next update? Specifically wondering how often Cialis or Viagra taken and hours Erect, along with same for wrapping and massage? It would be helpful to document while it's still fresh in your mind so others can hopefully get the best aesthetic look possible.

I asked for Cialis and Wade just recommend flow max and an esl40 . I was mostly exploring Tijuana... It's a beautiful place. Some may not agree but I enjoyed it. Wade just said to take advantage of an Erection to make corrections while massaging. He said to massage as often as possible. 1-3hours apart. I wasn't wrapped,they don't wrap if your uncircumcised I think just some light guaze. It took a while for me to get a hang of the massaging but figured it out towards the end

Something I would advise. DO NOT go through airport security wearing an esl40, they did feel it while screening me and it was really embarrassing to explain to 2 officers and then the supervisor that I had a penis enlargement surgery and this device prevents shrinkage. Lol

So it's exciting to finally be updated... I've been trying to just let things happen and not stress

I'm gonna put 2 post one for the "the bad" and one for "the good"

So let's start of with the bad
My lump has stuck around. I think what happened is the topside mid section was so tight and swollen it pushed PMMA into the Foreskin on the underside? So my symmetry is off.

I also have one small Nodule. Not always visible but very palpable.

When I pull back on the Foreskin Flaccid, all the PMMA bunches up at the base. Dr c did warn me of this and showed me pics of exactly that. Although he did say any physician can circumcise me later and not affect the PMMA and it will solve the problem. But I like being uncut

I have added pics to show where the PMMA build is

My penis looks pretty natural when Erect and in Flaccid I don't think many girls would notice the irregularities. Definitely not my girlfriend, she has only ever been with one guy. Me! She has hinted that she is both nervous and excited to try take my new piece.

Wow thats weird , i mean it look totally natural when Erect but when Flaccid you can deffinetly say something wrong... No offense or something but if you will look at andydandy and at maclovin progress on both it look natural Erect and Flaccid but maybe its just the swelling...

Dude in the last picture this lump you grab it look like all the PMMA stuck in one side its so noticeable when Flaccid i think you should speak with dr c and he will give you a cortizone shot or something , i wonder if these lumps appear with people who got only 10% with low dose...

I did get cortisone.i was injected with PMMA in my penis and cortisone in my art simultaneously, it was a bizarre feeling. New if you are cut and go for 10% you will not have this issue

Looks good. You're only 10 days out. Lots of changes to come most likely and it could get better. Erect looks near perfect.

Bdog: You're only ten days out. Wait for 6 weeks and then see what it looks like. And in the meantime wear the ADS.
