Arctic nice results. Did you have it done in the US?/ What was the price point? My main concern is that my sack wouldn't hang as low or look as good, but at the same time I have substantial webbing probably a bit worse than what you started with and would like to get it removed--mainly for condom reasons and it just being annoying.

Dr. Rosenthal performed the surgery, he is located in Huntington Beach, California. Because I had glanular enhancement in the same session the overall price was reduced compared to the fees for the individual procedures. I can't recall the price he quoted for just the penoscrotal web removal alone so best to contact his office for an estimate.

11 years 1 month ago #1287696485I was careful not to get the penoscrotal web surgery incision wet for about a week after the surgery. One month after the surgery there was no sign of any incision, no scar.
You had asked about the glans enhancement using Hyaluronic Acid (HA): after a year expect about a 10% increase in circumference above the preoperative circumference. I have opted to have the HA treatment every 12 months since 2013, my glans is noticeably larger as a result.

So it goes down dramatically after the 1st month? I thought it was something that dissolved slowly over time.

Re: Turkey Neck / Penoscrotal Webbing Surgey & Pmma
10 years 6 months ago #1290528954The above result looks great compared to mine. I'm not a Urologist and therefore don't know the techniques used for this type of surgery, but my scars are horrible. The VY for the lig cut is very noticeable. The webbing scar looks like he crisscrossed some flaps after incisions and sewed them back together.
After initial healing, I could touch an area and it would feel like I was touching somewhere else (a different spot). The underside of my Dick looks like a waffle sort of.
Well, that's my outcome at least. I say, pick your surgeon well and ask how they do the surgery beforehand. My surgeon was late by 4 hours and in a rush when he showed up, and he had a bad bedside attitude. Didn't explain anything to me. But again, this was in 2002.
Current patients have this site and so much more info to go on now!

Re: Turkey Neck / Penoscrotal Webbing Surgey & Pmma
9 years 4 months ago #1295142992I know this may be a dead thread but I thought I may post my experience for anyone considering the Peno scrotal webbing surgery.
I had a webbing from the bottom of my scrotum to about 2/3 up the bottom of my penis. So you could imagine the discomfort I was getting.
I went for my first surgery back in end of 2013. Simple procedure I was told, very common. After my first surgery I noticed that my surgeon didn't remove near enough web. Which caused me to have the same discomfort issues along to begin with and now a mishapped scrotum as the surgeon had removed skin from it. I kid you not, my penis looked like a croissant from the side view or a crescent moon. I was shocked in disbelief. Along with keloid looking scars at the start and end of the long incision.
After going for my post op appointment the surgeon said to me it's just swelling and I had to wait for it to relax. I knew from the moment I saw my now disfigured penis he was wrong. About 2 months go by it is now 2014 and it looked the same... same discomfort and same croissant looking penis... so after my review the surgeon said that he'll remove more of the web and try to make the scotum have more of a normal appearance instead of being pointy.
After the second surgery, I finally had a look after about 5 days resting and to my surprise it looked the exact same with a little bit of more web removed from the underside of my penis.... and my scotum was still extremely disfigured in shape.
Now, at the time I was young and this was my first surgery I had ever had. I was scared more than angry that this surgeon had deformed me, because I honestly didn't know what to do. So about mid of 2014 after recovered from the second surgery said he would operate on me again.
Third times a charm... He removed a lot more web this time which helped the comfort somewhat a little, again..... tried to fix the scrotum... so after the third surgery I still had a fair bit of web which was causing discomfort, and now my scrotum finally looked normal when my penis was Flaccid and soft, so I thought it was somewhat over.... Though as soon as I got an Erection the scrotum would tight, you could see the deformities in shape... my scrotum was now like an sharp overal pointing outwards shape. I couldn't win and decided to not go back to this surgeon.
So after not going back to the first surgeon and thinking this is how I'm going to be stuck I decided to see another Urologist. I saw him explained my situation. He said he could operate on me and try and help the webbing issue at the junction between the scotum and penis. Though with the deformities of the scrotum shape he would try and fix but couldn't promise anything.
So mid 2015 I had my forth surgery. It was nerve wracking due to all the mess I had to go through. After the surgery the web was gone and I didn't have the comfort issues I originally had before the first operation. I was glad it was much more comfortable. Though with the scrotum issue there was somewhat improvement. Looked like a completely normal penis when Flaccid. Though as soon as the scrotum tightened up you could see the excess skin (darker/thicker skin of the scrotum) stick up, not being in the correct place from the previous surgeries that had gone wrong.
So now it's 2017, and this year I saw a plastic surgeon to get their opinion. I just wanted to put this whole ideal behind me and move on. He said he could excise the skin on my scrotum that was sticking up. I decided to go ahead with the surgery as I had recovered from my last surgery in 2015. So far it has been good, I'm still recovering at the moment but it looks positive and shaped correctly.
So that's my experience with the surgery. My response is long but I'd thought I'll give my experience with it and share it with anyone who is thinking about getting the penoscrotal webbing surgery done. It's a very common and safe procedure, I just didn't have luck with it and had a surgeon who obviously wasent experienced in it. So ask them questions and make sure they have done it before and how many times they had. I didn't have these questions to ask because when I first had been operated I was young and I guess stupid and never had a surgery before so I didn't know what to ask...
The recovery isn't painful and is quiet fast. Just have to walk with a limp or like a penguin for a week or so lol.
Kind regards,
John.

Re: Turkey Neck / Penoscrotal Webbing Surgey & Pmma
9 years 4 months ago #1295143213Your experience with this type of surgery sounds much like mine. I had 3 surgeries before it looked acceptable and even now I've got obvious scarring. I never had an issue with not enough webbing being removed, but that it deformed my remaining scrotum. It looked so weird for several years. They way I finally got it fixed was by applying an ice pack just before surgery, so the skin tightened and shriveled, which really helped to highlight the odd bits. I then took a marker pen and drew exactly what parts I wanted the surgeon to remove.
