Timid, were you offered a roller on your first visit? I have an appointment with Dr. C pretty soon. If not, I think I can make one before my visit. I was lurking and saw the thread by candybars. A few members were recommending not to take any anti-inflammatory meds (if you can work through the pain), but I might bring some Ibuprofen just in case. Anyways, best wishes on your 2nd op.

No. They did not offer any rollers. Wade said he had heard of a few people making their own but didn't give the impression that he thought it was the best of ideas.


Well I made it. Hanging outside enjoying the weather. Have about an hour and a half to and it's too early to check into the hotel

Well, 2 hours post procedure. He did 15ccs of 30, 2ccs of 10, and 1cc of micro droplets. I was hoping for more but it is what it is. I asked. That's all I can do.

Little more beat up than the first time. Little more uncomfortable this time too. Overall I am pleased with the initial outcome. Too bad it is going to change with time.

FL 5.0 , the added weight gave me a half Inch gain
FGB 6.5 half Inch larger than EGB after round 1
FGMS 5.5 same size as EGMS after round 1
FGBG 5.5 half Inch larger than EGBG after round 1

Looks good timid, 5in Flaccid length is pretty big. How has your post op routine gone so far? What have you been doing?

Post op is good. Just been monitoring and shaping every hour or two. Have a lot more bruising this time. And the entry points bled for all day yesterday and most of today. Didn't do that the first time. Just got back from my follow up. Wade said it looks good. But wants to do more micro droplets in the morning before I leave. Hoping the xirc scar swelling goes down tonight so he can see a little better what it looks like before then.

What are the micro droplets for? Also what does the % and cc mean? Newbie question I know but I want to make sure I ask for the right amounts based on my measurements.

micro droplets are what they use to fill in around the circ scar to gland area, or in small imperfection areas, where PPMA would be overkill.

As for the percentages. It is the ratio of PPMA to carrier. "X" % means that much percentage of PPMA. The amount is going to be based on what the good doctor feels is best for you, not on what you request.

Thanks timid... how much was your 2nd operation? I spoke to Diana on the phone the there day and she said they recently increased the price. Also,
I fly down on Monday. Are you still in TJ?

My 2nd round was $2100. The price was based on what I was quoted prior to round 1. And yes, the prices have increased since then. I think whatever price point you come in at is the price point you stay at. Or at least that is what happened for me.

Just thought I would check in and give a quick update.
10 days post round 2. Swelling is gone. Although I still have a little bit of circ scar swelling from the micro droplets Wade put in the day I left. And it gets irritated and swells from sex. But that shouldn't be an issue for a while because the woman is gone to Alaska for the next 12 days (lucky bitch... )


So measurements are pretty close to the same as they were just a couple hours out from the procedure. Hoping things stay the same and actually increase a little once the collagen growth starts

FL - 5.0
FGB - 6.0
FGMS - 5.25
FGBG 4.75
EL - 6.0
EGB - 6.75
EGMS - 5.75
EGBG 5.25

I am probably there. I mean lets be honest. For most of the people here, myself included, this is a vanity project. And I just don't foresee spending more on a vanity. And second, any size goals I have are completely dictated by the wife. She loves the new size, but she also really enjoys anal. Going any bigger would probably eliminate that from our sex lives.
