I'm from Australia and had a holiday beforehand, I can tell you now the whole experience was much less traumatising than I thought it would be, and practically in no pain atm- worst pain is getting the anethestic. If any guys have any questions feel free to ask. I will post photos up when I can, all I can say is very happy with the result, just by having the extra Girth, gives the perception of a much bigger Cock. I'm waiting 6 weeks will assess everything then possible go in for round 2.
