Btw, many have complained about the honeymoon phase with big swelling and then have go away, to slowly start to get gains back. I think 15 days is too early to get depressed, but with a semi Erect Dick you still had upto .2 " gain. I bet in 6 weeks with a very good Erection you will be close to .5" gain. Not everyone gets the huge gains some have experienced, but a Girth gain is a Girth gain. Just trying to help you chill out with some facts. Good luck

Thanks for the reply Mudball. I am trying to be patient but I emailed Wade and he said I should have seen growth by now, and I got 26cc's because I wanted more gains. My original measurements were with less than stellar erections too so they should be close. I had good Erection when I measured the length and it is clearly shorter, but I kind of expected that as I had read many reports where it happened. Thanks for the encouraging words, I really appreciate it.

Without viagra, I had no girth gain. My length will reach full capacity without viagra, but the girth does not. It's strange. This fooled me into thinking I gained nothing at 6 weeks...because my erect length was full, but my girth hadn't gained a thing after 26cc of 10%. I took all my "before" pics on viagra...so then I took viagra again - and I gained 0.25-0.5. Do you want to post what meds you're on to see if people here have thoughts? Pentoxifylline, for example, may not be on their radar - but it reduces fibrosis and would reduce collagen formation after pmma, at least in theory. Some anti-depressants lower pro-inflammatory cytokines, which also might (theoretically) reduce gains. Same with advil even...and there was some debate over his cortisone shot - but it's all theoretical. I think they'd rather avoid massive swelling and a distorted result than a lesser result w/ cortisone... but there aren't really studies of any of these interactions. Just in theory.

For me, things stopped changing around 10 weeks. There was no clear low point or high point... it was all over the place.

Has Dr C always used cortisone? I've noticed gains in general seem to be way down from when the procedure first started. I thought was largely because he has started using much more PMMA and with diminishing returns, this was simply a pointless exercise. I remember the initial pioneers were all gaining over 1/2 with less than 20cc of 20%. I think the likes of EP and BigBizo gained over an Inch. I don't believe it's due to the change to Metacril as according the Brazilian websites we researched, they said to expect 0.4" per 10cc.

Cortisone is used to treat scarring by some Dr's.

Thanks Restoration, that is a very detailed progress report. When I got home I got good Erection and measured again. I am at 4.75inch Girth for a .15inch gain. Not very impressive. Also, I don't have access to Viagra so I have never used it. May be worth trying to get prescription for some. I take Allopurinol for gout and Sulfasalazine for arthritis. I see anti aging doc also and take Armour thyroid to boost thyroid function and testosterone with 1mg a week of Arimidex to keep estrogen levels under control. Dr C said they were fine and I read thread on someone who took pretty large dose of allopurinol and he got very good results. At a bit of a loss right now. Thanks for all the responses guys!

I think that is the likely culprit, even if you read of someone else using it and still getting good gains. Allopurinol can be used to treat FBG's. It doesn't work for everyone, so the fact another guy gained when on it doesn't mean much in my opinion. Kenalog doesn't always work either, whilst others respond well to it.

I asked Wade & he said they always have for penis and hand augmentation. I noticed the same trend too recently... not sure why. Maybe it's just how people have reported on the board? Or maybe the data isn't great - I mean, some guys report at 2 weeks & leave and some hang around for over a year. The spreadsheet is helpful - but I think some of those gains were really early.

Puell - you still have some time. I mean, there are foreign particles in your body - it's unlikely they are going to be ignored forever. I was a roller coaster of size gain and loss until around 10 weeks, so I understand your frustration (there were days I had 0 gains - after ALL this travel to TJ and staying over & paying 2500, etc...) but ultimately it came out ok. Yeah, I read that log of the other patient didn't have a problem - it's odd. I wouldn't think it would be that drastic of an effect to put all that 30% in and nothing really happens. Sulfasalazine lowers inflammation too. They both (could...theoretically...) interfere with the foreign body reaction that makes the fibrotic tissue surround the particles.

Very interesting on the Allopurinol. Yesterday I actually stopped taking my Sulfasalazine thinking it was the problem. Maybe I will cut out the Allopurinol for a week and see if that helps. 30 percent should be yielding better gains at this point. Shouldn't be to big of a deal to go off for awhile. I am in good shape but for some reason I have high uric acid levels. Thanks for all the responses guys, they are very helpful and encouraging.

26ccs of 30% is a crazy amount of PMMA for no gains. How can you accurately tell if you did not have gains though if you didn't properly measure yourself before???

I measured correctly many times. Always 4.5 to 4.6 in Girth. Good Erection always 4.6. I had 20 cc's of 30 percent and 6 cc's of 10 percent.

As far as I can remember, cortisone injections have been part of the protocol.

Interesting noting the "Viagra" effect on EG. It's probably an indication our EQ is not optimal, and thus we see our "true" potential when on the pill. I have noticed my gains, but the occasional Cialis has given me the max effect. The lesson is to improve EQ naturally and not have to rely on Cialis for maximum Girth (without pill I can still have satisfactory EQ, but ideal EQ not so often).

Good luck buddy, I want to echo Mudballs comments about giving it time - your post-op situation isn't entirely unique as far as initial length loss is concerned and we've seen it return in previous threads.

Thanks S.O. Dr C wants to see pics as they feel should have much bigger gains by now with amount I received, they said this is first with them. I stopped taking my Allopurinol and Sulfa as they are both immunosuppressants to some degree. Will stay off for about a week and see if that helps. I wasn't even mildly concerned with the Allopurinol as the other thread I read he gained a full Inch in round 1. Everyone's body reacts differently to some degree I guess. I am confident I can get lost lengthy back with ADS and my penis looks like pre procedure, so to echo Hoddle, it could be much worse. I was just excited and had higher expectations. I wish I knew how to really do this well... I've tried arginine... maybe helps a little. Stretching used to help EQ but not so much anymore. viagra is so amazingly potent, but I'm afraid of it loosing its effectiveness in 5-10 years. Prostaglandin injections hurt and do not give me a viagra-like Erection (no glans hardening either)...though I was in the doctors office when I got them (diagnostic for peyronies and follow ups). I haven't tried any herbals that some men take (saw palmetto).

Well, good luck Puell... Keep us posted. 20cc 30% should be doing something. Are you stretching? I noticed it seemed to thin out a little more when I stretched more...but it's important to do anyway.
