TOPIC: Ask a guy who just had the lengthening procedure with Rosenthal anything..

I tore the latex sheath that comes with the LG Hanger last night. I think it happened during the first set when it started to slip and lose pressure. I probably didn't catch it in time. It's a small tear near right below the band, so I'm going to try to slide he sleeve further up the Hanger in hopes that it will not affect the seal. If not I have some extra latex that might work...

I figured out out how to wear the stretcher at work. It's not a perfect conceal, but once I'm sitting no one can see. I angle it up, pull my shirt out, and undo the top button of my pants. This will have to work until I find a better way.

No measurements. I want to give myself 6 weeks to get my penis back into Hanging, etc. I measure at the end of August, though I can tell my Flaccid looks better.

I had to ditch the sleeve from the LG. Good thing I had backups from the Autoxsleeve buried in my PE inventory. I must have bought the starter kit a while back and forgot about it. Well, I'm not sure which sleeves I bought (soft, hard, etc.), but I cut off a piece and it seems to be working well with the Hanger. In fact, it might even be more comfortable?!

So, then I thought I'd try the sleeve again as an ADS. It is not so bad really. Over the last 9 hours, I took it off for like 5-10 min only. So it is comfortable enough, and did keep my Flaccid in an elongated state. At some point I did get that restlessness and had to take it off. The sleeve was then pretty warm, and I'm guessing that my skin just needed to breathe for a minute. Anyways, I might be using these sleeves more during the day, to supplement the Hanging/extending mornings and evenings.

sfdude, If you have long or even slightly long nails, you can nick the silicone sleeves enough for a starting point for a tear, be careful when stretching the sleeve. also it helps to put a velcro band around it after its installed, it really helps keep an air tight seal. do you have a vacuum gauge on your pump, Its great to monitor your vacuum and to know how much to pump. with my current weight Im using, I pump 20 to 25hg

I do have a gauge, and I keep it around 8-10hg for 10lbs.

I had an issue with wrapping last time that resulted in some slippage, that I didn't notice until I saw that I had swelling that looked like a large marble-sized ball. Luckily, it was my last set and the swelling was gone by morning. It happens every now and then to all of us...

Sf, how are things going?

Lol, well, I had to take a few weeks off, so nothing good to report. About three weeks ago, I started to notice that the incision was looking "angry", which at first I just thought it might be part of the healing process. But a day or two later, while Hanging, I noticed that there was fluid leaking - almost like a blister. I think I was only Hanging 9 or 10 lbs, but it was BTC, which in hindsight probably wasn't the smartest. Anyways, I realized I needed to let it heal more before i continue Hanging. After a few weeks, it is now so much better. I'm thinking about starting up again very soon, but maybe I'll stick with OTS this time

It's probably time for an update. My blisters are gone, and I've back to my routine. I'll take measurements soon, but I can tell that no extraordinary growth. I'm more focused on the routine than the results at this point. I guess, my thought is that I'll do whatever I can do leading up to my Jan 6 appointment for PMMA, and I'll just take whatever growth I can get.

I've been Hanging 1-2 times a day with the LG (1 hour each session at about 15 lbs), I use an extender for another 1-2 hours a day, and generally keep it elongated in an autoxsleeve for the rest of the time. There may be just 3 or 4 hours that I let him rest.

25 days until my appointment with Dr. C. I'm mostly prepared, I guess. I have my flight to SD, my room at the grand for 3 nights (yes, want their involvement during the essential days following), I'll bring my extender with me, and buy some Cialis in TJ. Other than that, I'm just going to relax, follow their advice, and see where I end up. Kinda nonchalant about it, though I'm sure I may get some nerves as the day comes closer.

Still Hanging about an hour a day with the Bib. I may go back to the LG this week.

I found my pre-op pics taken with my 5s, and take some more before and after 1/6.

sfdude, you might want to ditch the bib after PMMA, I just think the Clamping on the soft tissue would aggravate and or displace the PMMA it may also cause an inflammatory reaction, not sure but be careful if you do use it.

Yup, I don't plan on using it after the PMMA. It's not worth the risk. Once everything settles, I'll start with the LG Hanger and use that exclusively.

im so happy that u can still hang after PMMA before I had this mentality that once u get PMMA u can never hang again. so how long are u going to wait after PMMA to start using lg Hanger? have u gained an Inch erected length with the lig cut? I mean I know dr Rosenthal is one of the best when it comes to lig cuts did u gain an Inch or more?

While I have not read everything about lig cut, I had never "seen" proof of an increase of one Inch Erect....May be there are some, but either very few or none

I guess if some one gained one full Inch Erect, we will hear about it?

I wish I gained an Inch Erect! Any Erect gains are negligible. I may have gains some flacid length, maybe an 1 Inch. Hard to say because my Flaccid length fluctuates too much. However, I see it being longer more often than not, if that helps.

I guess that was what I was expecting. I hoped for Erect gains, but expected just Flaccid gains. As expensive as it was I'm happy I made it through without problems and gained at least some flacid length. And, maybe importantly, I won't have that "what if" question in my head anymore.

My results aren't really attriibutable to the doctor; it's mostly about the procedure itself. IMO, the lengtheninh procedure is pretty simple. I was concerned more about "how they would do it" than "who was doing it". I mean, I am sure even Elist clike have given me the same result. My research was focused on the "how", such as are there problems going through the scrotum (yeah, it sounds great in theory) or type of incision they will use, and how many procedures have they done previously. My first choice would be Alter, but for convenience and price, Rosenthal was better for me.


Oh, and for how much time will I wait before Hanging after PMMA, I really don't know. I'll bring my stretcher and maybe use that to keep it extended after the procedure. Once I feel that collegen growth has slowed, I start Hanging...slowly. I'm guessing it will take a few weeks, maybe more.

No conclusion with final measurements on the lig cut? This thread quickly changed to PMMA? I did notice though that your pre lig cut was 4" NBPFL and pre PMMA was 4.5 BPFL (+.5 for BP). Not to put words into you mouth but is it safe to say that for you the lig cut was not effective for Flaccid gain as your measurements show a .O" gain?

Thanks for the info and posts. I'm considering it myself for Flaccid gain only and this information is very valuable to men like me in formulating educated decisions.
