Great news dude. Different aftercare instructions than I recieved. I would do as she says and massage lightly. Try and feel where the PMMA is and keep it distributed evenly. As for Cialis. IMO it depends whether you think you'll retract much. I didn't take any but did retract. Doesn't seem to have done any harm.

The fatness on one side could imply two things: Uneven swelling (which isn't an issue); or uneven product distribution (which can be problematic, but not always). If it's the latter, continue massaging your unit, think of PMMA as a cement that likes to eventually set into place given enough time. Not sure how Dr. N feels about it, but I know with my experiences with Dr. C, massaging is an effective way to mold out un-evenness in the earliest stage(s) (24-48 hours).

I'm also a believer that patient's own unique anatomy presents the greatest X-factor in this whole equation. My penis has hardly required rigorous massaging and the aesthetic irregularities have been mostly behind the glans (Circumcision line area). Other members, however, have needed all the massaging they could get to ensure a happy outcome. You'll have to "listen" and watch your penis when it comes to massaging, be sure it's always sanitized (especially entry points), and be sure to let the oozing happen liberally to avoid future Nodule formation. This comes especially from my own personal experience.
