Well guys its all done, I am now sporting a full 10 inches!...................................I wish, anyway the surgery went well, Im sitting in the hotel room, high on Vicodin Not in any pain but had a slight discomfort so I took the Vicodin anyway. I got to the clinic at 11am, I had about 1.5 hr wait being they were behind schedule. They use general anesthesia so it was over in minutes to me, I woke up with no pain at all, everything was numb down there, I thought they would shave just the area where the incision was but I am fully shaven, I have a drain tube in with a vacuum bulb, its only a 1/4 full so not much draining at all, the tube will come out tomorrow, then I go in the next day for a final exam then straight to the airport. Dr Rosenthal is a very nice and personable, He answered all of my questioned, I felt he was very honest with me and wasnt trying to b.s. me, he said the gains "could be" 1 to 2 inches but stressed heavily that a hanging program was mandatory. He recommended "The Grip" hanger, Its what he had been recommending for about 10 years with success, another thing he said was there is fat inside the body around the penis, after the suspensory ligament is severed , he folds the fat under the pubic bone where the ligament was and sutures it into place to keep the ligament from reattaching. The clinic is modest, Clean, and in a nice area, not a ritzy neiborhood. His practice is located in Newport Coast Cosmetic Institute wher they do other plastic surgery. The hotels around here are very reasonable, The Best Western is only $72 a night and within walking distance. Do not stay at the Starlight Inn, I searched the reviews and I guess its horrible. When I was considering Dr Alter for the procedure, his clinic is in Beverly Hills, The Hotels are $300 a night, so something to consider in the total cost of your procedure. Dr Rosenthals Secretary Cleo is very nice and a cuty! as a matter of fact all of the women in the Institute were good looking! No shower or bath for 3 or 4 weeks until the incision is completely healed, its imperative the incision stay dry to prevent infection. No sex or masturbation for 4 weeks. Ok im tired now, I'll give a progress report tomorrow.

Well things are going good, I got the drain tube pulled out this morning, only had about a teaspoon of drainage overnight. My flight leaves this afternoon to go home. I have antibiotics I need to take for two weeks and bandage changes for two weeks. He said I could start light Hanging as soon as the incision is healed. . I woke up this morning with a partial Erection and could feel some slight pain, otherwise I have no pain at all unless I squat down. I'll report back when I start Hanging.

2 weeks post-op, I finish my antibiotics today. Incision is healing great, I change my dressing once a day, no discharge from the incision, The insicion is very fine and about 1-1/4 long. I can take a shower and start Hanging in 2 weeks. I want to be fully healed before I start to hang. also will do deep tissue massage with vitamin e oil to break up scar tissue. I ordered the Grip System for Hanging as per Dr Rosenthals recommendation.

I hope you can share some pix with us soon, before and after. I am very interested in a lig cut to restore the shape and direction of my Erection and perhaps gain 0.5" of lost Erect length due to the Removal of stupid elist implant. If I decide to do it, it will be next year some time. So any info will help readers on this board.

Did you mention the cost of your surgery, I think I missed it. Did the Dr give you any solid info on how much EL increase to expect or was it vague as usual?

The Dr. said 1 to 2 Inch gain flacid, a little less Erect, what ever that means. He did say multiple times that I would do really well with my Hanging experience. the cost was $4500

If you get 0.75" EL would you be happy at $4500?

I have been reading a lot on here lately about PMMA and have decided after I reach or get close to my length goal of 8 inches Im gonna get PMMA. It may not be for 1 or two years. Hopfully the price wont skyrocket any more that it has.

I mean to say if you get 0.75" Erect length from your present surgery will you be happy with the results for its price?

I think, I would be Dissatisfied at .5 probably Neutral 1 Inch, Satisfied at 1.5 and ecstatic at 2

From my experience the grip system is very expensive and terrible to use.

I spent more than 500$. They have no costumer service or people that you can ask questions. Once you buy it they just dissapear.

Now I am using the bib Hanger. It is much more better.

Erect length gains from surgery prob average on .5 inches up to 1 inches in most cases from everyone's experience i have read...who knows but i cant imagine 2 inches of Erect length unless you really had a buried penis

i would be happy with .50 Erect from a surgery but not sure if getting .50 and spending 4500 bucks would be worth it cause half Inch isn't much over getting the Girth

Thanx guys for your replies, Daniel, Ive heard of the horrible customer service from the grip. I do have a bib Hanger and used it with some success, my only problem with the bib was I was loosing a lot of sensitivity and my EQ was horrible. They say it comes back and it has for the most part but it was scary not to being able to feel with my Dick. I felt I was risking nerve damage. What was it about the Grip System that turned you off? (besides customer service) I only paid $190 for mine.

The kit that you bought is sufficient. I bought kit B because I wanted the weights and the regular pump.

Of course, it was a mistake.

My problem with this system is mainly because the quality of the materials. It's the most expensive PE system that I ever encountered and for this price you expect to get a good quality, but the whole system made of very poor quality.

1. the mechanizem of Vac U Grip is very fragil and can easily damaged (After 2 weeks mine broke. Now I have a huge problem when I want to use the pumps)

2. Almost every 3 weeks I need to replace a sleeve for the vac u grip because they were torn from the weights of 10lbs.

3. Unlike the ADS, the knee strap always slips.

4. the puley ayestem was broke after one use.

5. After one month of use with the Weight Attachment Sleeve it stertched too much and it is no longer useful.

6. It takes a lot of time to wear it.

It just some of my problems with this system.

Your problem with Erect quality is well known among people that are doing a stretching routine or Hanging but can be solved. I have some advices that were very useful but this is for another post.

I truely hope that you gain some length and keep us posted.

I just got my Grip system in the mail, unfortunately I was shorted the pulley retractor, 2 contact sleeve and the sports wrap. I think I should have ordered a medium size instead of the large. I called and told the the owner about it, he said he'd send the sports wrap right away but didnt seem like he had any intention on sending me the pulley. He tried to say it didnt come with it when his web site clearly states it does. If I do not get what I was supposed to, I will be on a war path against this company.
