Thanks bro those were from last night but pretty much unchanged today maybe less swollen but more bruised if thats even possible... Just came back from my follow up with Wade and he was very pleased to see how things were settling. I am a huge fan of this sleeve it saves so much work without it. I just get my unit plump, roll it back, get my index and thumb through the opening, pull from my glands and roll it on. It keeps it flawless. Very pleased so far.

Nice man yeah its great. I wish I had this for my first round but my ridge is actually a positive thing as its denser material and is a perfect resting ring for the end... so no indenting where the sleeve ends.

Did you find it aided your Flaccid length by keeping it extended while healing/ cementing?

Just over the 24 hour mark now and had my 2nd follow up / good byes with Dr. C an Wade tonight as I am leaving tomorrow morning. Pointed out my base could have used a little more product to fill in the gap behind my ridge, Dr. c and Wade agreed and before they went home (now is 6:30) they suited me up and put a couple more CCs in at my base (10%) with only smiles and determination to have me leave in the best shape possible... these guys are nothing short of top notch and are just outstanding guys.

Some pics at the 24 hour mark and my dinner outfit as well as sleeping set up. I wish Tijuana had more hot chicks. Walking around in my lose shorts and being looked at by 95% Mexican dudes was just wrong lol

I am really pleased with the sleeve and has taken so much maintenance work out of the post op recovery. Swelling is pretty much non existent now at the 48+ hour mark and things are firming up nicely. Entry holes are now sealed, no more bleeding, no bumps around or at the entry points an bruising is 90% gone. Can't wait to try this guy out!

I have to agree with you. I am liking this sleeve more and more. I have the esl40 that I use as well. Both are great, but the sleeve is so incredibly comfortable. I think that for sleeping, at least, I am going to continue wearing it. Wade said that he thought it was important that guys, whether growers or showers, keep the penis stretched or extended for at least the first 4 weeks. This allows the penis to begin filling in collagen in an extended state, thus reducing the Turtling. Makes sense.

Looks comfy and I think it would be a great start to me PE journey. I want to wear it at night and wear an extender when I'm not working. Think I'll get awesome gains from the combo!

Also just to clarify Turtling refers to when you are cold and your Dick and Balls tighten up a bit? Right?

And you are right, they are extremely comfortable. It is just enough to keep it stretched out and not tight either.

4 Days post op now, things have settled nicely. Been wearing the sleeve everyday since the procedure and has done a fantastic job for me keeping everything uniform and extended. Everything should be cemented in now. Pretty certain I'm at my low point already. Swelling is 100% gone and very light discolouration from the bruising is still visible but very minimal.

Just realized something that I am not super pumped about but may not make a difference in the end... I was looking through my papers from the clinic and on my procedure form it said I received, 21 CCs of 30% and 8 CCs of 10% not 25/4 respectfully. I know thats still allot but I told Dr. C I didn't want any 10% at all as I had the most shrinkage at the end of my shaft where the 10% was from the first procedure. As well, seems to be most guys don't gain much if anything with the 10% after their first round. Hopping this isn't the case and have spots shrink where the 10% was placed. We'll see in time I guess.

Dr.C also addressed my ridge and void at my base by placing 1.5-2 CCs of 10% there... I didn't want to tell the doctor how to do his job but not sure why he didn't use 30% and place more? The product he placed there makes it look slightly more aesthetic but there is still a void and the ridge is still evident right now but hopefully some collagen will build on the small amount of 10% placed there over the next few weeks.

Overall things are better for sure and I have nothing to complain about. I wanted to clarify things to give the most accurate information for you guys. Aesthetics have improved since prior even at day 5. Dr. C did a great job placing the product. Haven't dropped any Erect Girth in the last 3 days. Currently sitting at:

BGEG - 5 3/4"
MSEG - 6 5/8"
BEG - 7 +"

Been taking multi vitamin, 1000mg Vit C, Omega 3 Oils twice a day as well. Come on collagen!
