Hopefully everything stays put and your final results will look the same. Swelling for me came on day 2 so don't think you're out of the woods yet. I posted updated photos of my 20 day results. I have some swelling today and fluid buildup around my circ scar but nothing outta the ordinary. Just waiting for my follow up with Dr. C and Wade now. Day 1 - things are looking good. Bruising and swelling have sprung up slightly but still not too bad. Met up with Wade this morning and had my follow up. He was pleased to see how things were progressing and said I'd have a great outcome but just to keep monitoring it every 2-3 hours the next 48 hours keeping things even and palpate to check for irregularities. They advised me to just let it hang, no stretcher or wrap necessary as this thing is HEAVY and is Hanging very nice. Had 5 entry points total all have closed up already and I had very minimal oozing. The spots on my base I mentioned earlier are fine as well. There was some build up of product on the underside of my base as well as some fluid/ swelling but I just have to keep monitoring it and even out the high spots. Other than that I have had no issues keeping things even and consistent. Hopefully it stays that way. Border crossing was not the greatest today. 2 hour just at the boarder and then San Diego rush hour made the trip back over 3 hours but had a good chat with the shuttle driver who was super nice. The whole experience with their team of people has been great. Avanti is redoing their website also FYI and should be launching next week according to Wade. Here are some pics from this morning 24 hours post op. I of course forgot my tape measure back home and had to improvise so I only have an accurate measurement of my Flaccid Girth from yesterday before the swelling kicked in. Using a dollar bill (6.18" long) and leaving a .25" gap, my immediate post of size was just shy of 6.5" circumference mid-shaft and I'd estimate my Flaccid hang is roughly the 6.5". Still have trouble maintaining an Erection and can only work it upto about 75% still and drops off fairly quickly with no stimulus. Thanks brother just put up the newest shots showing some swelling but nothing crazy. And ya I don't advise it as I just did it again 1 hour ago to try and work out a solid Erection. Def makes me shaky and increases my blood pressure. I got 50mg Viagra not full 100mg so not as strong but I did take 2-3 of the 50s yesterday to try and get one going... needless to say I'm drinking lots of water. I wish I had some aspirin... Especially right underneath the glands, that area is usually terrible for me. I'd scale back on the Viagra man. With too much dosage the side effects get ridiculous, and a healthy unED person can take 25mg a dose fine. If I go over 50mg I start to have some decently bad sides. Been tending to this thing like its my first born. Still no irregularities to report. Main thing for me has been evening out a slight dip between my base and 3/4 shaft area towards the body from any bit of retraction (normal). Things are looking solid tho just did my 2am check and message. This thing is looking solid. Swelling is continuing to go down, brushing is almost gone and is more general blotchyness right now. Size is dropping but is still huge. Base collection points I reported earlier seem to be subsiding after careful attention. Everything's looking super even. @jlmb Thanks for the heads up on the V. What side effects are normal? I only took 50 last night was able to get him going to 75%. I think the reason I can't get 100% yet is tenderness at my base in the tendon area like most report some pain/ discomfort. It's def getting easier to get an Erection right now. My ball sac has tripled in size. Feels like a water balloon right now. I guess all the water carrier is being worked out of the product and is settling at the lowest point. I don't have major bruising in the scrotum area just one tiny spot.
