Today, I don't think anyone other than PMMA experts and Phalloplasty dr.s would know I ever had PMMA. In fact, I had my annual physical last week and my dr handled my testicles and penis and did not say or make any movement that would suggest she suspected my penis had been altered. I plan to use my extender immediately after my 3rd and hopefully final round....my real concern at this point will be getting the extender over my Girth. I can only do so now if iI am completely Flaccid...not sure how I will after round three with extra PMMA and swelling. I can't wait to see Wade and Dr. C to understand where they are going with glans enhancement....if anyone out there has info to share, would love to hear it. There are plenty of people on this forum who are much much more knowledgeable than me and please feel free to chime in but I think pumping would be counter productive for actual healing. Considering that were creating a vacuum it would be harder for entry point to close, I think it would aggrevate and prolong the bruising and swelling. Thats my opinion, but what the fuck do I know. Im visiting Dr C at the beginning of Aug. I will get more specifics on the prospective glan procedure when im there. If any of you want me to ask any specific questions, ill be happy to find out for you. Thanks Todzilla for keeping us posted. With the glans procedure can you ask him if theres any sensitivity lost with the procedure. Also is it possible to reshape the glans in some way. Also when will he be expecting to start offering the procedure.. thanks. if you could get any of thise in that would be great. Im very curious. I'm trying to figure out when to get my R3, and my only opportunity seems to be in late August or maybe around thanksgiving. I think August might be too soon, being only 18 days out R2, making that be barely the recommended 8 weeks or so. I know my R1 results were still dynamic probably 5 months out, but I'm not sure how long I want to wait this time. I waited almost a year between R1 and R2, and I'm being a lot more impatient this time haha. I'm hoping my collagen process is ramping up, I think at 18 days post I should have reached my pre-collagen low, but I've forgotten the time table. I want some more gains haha!
