It's quite common to gain next to nothing from 10% 2nd rounds. I don't know why it would be used for a 2nd round if more Girth was requested, rather than improved aesthetics. As for where the 22cc went, there wasn't 22cc. There was 2.2cc. The rest is just filler and if hardly any collagen is stimulated, then you would hardly notice. Going for round 3 this week. EG is currently at 6 inches. On round 2, I received 10% only. It evened up irregularities, definitely improved aesthetics and the feel of the 10% is great. But I barely gained any Girth (0.1 inches). Sex wise with 6" EG, I haven't had issues with any girls so far. Even Bjs or anal weren't much more of an issue than before. Actually, not many have commented on its thickness either, weirdly enough. On round 3 I will be asking for a mix of 20 or 30% for the base and 10%. I am looking for a little more Girth. I want to end up somewhere between 6.25 and 6.5 inches. I am trying to figure out at what point large Girth will no longer be "fun" and become "problematic", especially for single younger guys (created a thread). Btw they no longer provide you with a Cialis post-op and you have to buy the antibiotics by yourself. At the moment, I am disappointed with the results. Aestethically, there are a 4-5 irregularities around the shaft. The major one is a ridge on the upper shaft right side resulting from an uneven distribution of the PMMA. Basically Dr C only injected PMMA on the right side. It's uneven and unnatural looking. Very noticeable both Erect and Flaccid and no where near what it looked like before this round. Things have been holding on pretty well. I can confidently say I consider the esthetical results to be really good, basically as close to unnoticeable as it can get for both Flaccid and Erect. Having had several hundred partners, it definitely looks pretty natural and I don't have any plans to increase the Girth, for now. I have not measured (might add latest measurements later) but I don't think Girth has decreased. Length has a bit increased as I have been extending with the size genetics for 3 years for about 4 hours a day (picture attached, not even sure that's the right way to extend). I barely fit and have to be completely Flaccid. Now looking to start Hanging a bit. I would say it's slightly harder to get an Erection, but not by that much. I do believe PMMA decreases sensitivity a bit, at least where the PMMA is. The sensitive area where it feels good is now mostly concentrated around the upper part of the shaft where the PMMA stops. Orgasms are just as strong, it's just the sensitivity area is mostly constrained to where there is no PMMA. Sort of changed masturbation grip as well. 2 slight discomfort areas: - Pre-PMMA, I had a vein sticking out a bit on the side of the shaft. I now feel as if the PMMA is over it. Hard to explain but slightly uncomfortable. - Sometimes post-sex, I will get a slight pain on the underside bottom of the penis, right where the PMMA stops. I don't consider these to be really annoying but I might do a follow up session only to soften these 2 spots. Overall I am satisfied with it and will be Hanging and continuing to increase length with low to mid intensity exercices.
