I usually get my workout from mma training. With the swelling - thats not happening. So i tried the bicycle machine, no go. the treadmill, no way. I ended up lifting. That was not too bad. Swelling is down a bit more but still a lot of fluid collected near the glans. Bruising is getting better. My gf said it hurt her jaw too much to bj. I grabbed a condom. I could not get it on and it hurt like h. We went to the store later and I got magnums. Still too tight.
