I was juicing before, but I think it hurt my upset stomach. This whole thing started Halloween night --- I went with a friend to the same house that they filmed "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" in ... it was spooky. There was tons of good food (its a BBQ bar) --- so I ate like a P-I-G That night I didn't sleep, instead I wanted "I should have been dead" episodes until the morning, jumped on some work calls ... then jumped on a plan from TX to NJ at 4pm. Ate like mad on the way there, and when we landed --- we ordered a 21" hamburger and onion pizza. Imo should be used as a last resort. Cut all processed fats out your diet and sugars, cut out processed foods, white bread e.t.c (turn in fat) Use olive oil instead or coconut oil. Now on something that does decrease blood pressure as an alternative, is Lecithin ( it is amazing) You should take three heaped tsp fulls daily. If you want to try this, take it for maybe two weeks while you take your blood pressure medication. Advice, buy a blood pressure monitoring device so you can see if the lecithin has made a difference. Lecithin also increase cum too, so killing two birds with one stone. Also check any supplements you are taking and if they can increase blood pressure. You can do your own research on lecithin on blood pressure through different forums. At first I couldn't get past the fact that its just a blender for $400...but it is worth every penny if you are trying to eat healthy. If you have tried to make smoothies with a Wal-Mart $20-30 blender and they just never come out right its not your fault. Cheap blenders all suck. Invest in a Vitamix once and you are all set. It will last forever, clean up takes 2 minutes and the results are amazing! **There is always a way to get them at a discount...let me know if you want one and can't find the discounts. I started getting them when I was 17. I was too scared to go to the doctor for a long time. I started to notice I would get them when I exercised too hard, ate heavy (especially meat) or had spicy food (thermogenic effects) or got too nervous or hot and had a lot of caffeine. I didn't know what it was for years I just thought "one day I'm gonna kill over"... I actually stopped getting them for 6 years until I started doing boxing lessons, then one day wham! palpilatations again. It took me another 2 years to finally say fuck it and go to the cardiologist. Best thing I ever did. I found out mine were not dangerous, but my ![heart](https://j4.phalloboards.info/media/kunena/emoticons/heart.png "heart") has an adverse reaction to adrenaline. I was put on beta blockers (metoprolol) which also has done wonders for my anxiety. I'm not sure why they don't prescribe it more for anxiety. But my point is, I know how you feel. It scares the shit out of you. I have not had pmma yet though. I just turned 32 and went just through a shitty divorce. Was able to get my kids back. I have learned to live with mine and know my limits. You will be just fine. I had H.pylori removed in Feb ... and its May and I'm still suffering. I've had 2 CT angio's and 2 chest xrays.... maybe it's time for a MRI to see if perhaps the pain is caused somehow by PMMA migration... that's been my fear for months... I'll ask my Dr next week when i see him...
