I hadn't measured in such a long time, but I've lost 50lbs and decided to measure. I was pretty pleased with my measurements. Definitely surprised with the results. BPEL- 8.25" **EL-7.3"** FG-6.4" (increase from 5.9) **EG-7.0"** (increase from 6.5-6.6) I'm having the same issues with Flaccid aesthetics not being optimal when turtled. I have to roll it around and warm him up before its presentable. I don't really enjoy the looks of it most of the time. Additionally, the added Girth (no sure exactly why its gotten bigger) has made it look a little off when fully Erect, the right side of my shaft gets thinner towards the base of my penis. Midshaft Girth is 7" while the upper portion of my base shaft is around 6.25. So I makes for a slightly unusual appearance (Pic 2). No one has said anything yet, and I've been with a lot of partners. I've attached pictures, so you'll be able to see what I mean. When I go to penetrate, the skin bunches up and makes it look unusual (Pic 1). Which is the main reason I HATE making sexual videos now. But when I hold the skin tight during penetration it looks normal-ish (Pic 3) I know I've said it's time for me to do something about it before. But I really want to make plans in 2025 to see if there is any correction possible. I can live with it, but would like for it to be corrected if possible. Most of my partners LOVE it. I don't really enjoy the looks of it most of the time. **If you are fine with the aesthetics when you're just slightly above fully Flaccid/cold then one option now that wasn't discussed as an existing option way back is having botox injected to increase your Flaccid hang. Look up Grotox on here. Added bonus is it helps with erections. But the downside is you may introduce more minor aesthetic issues or gain even more size. I was always chasing aesthetic tweaks or a bit of size but in reality I'm at the point where I would not want to be like this if I was single. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love it, it looks very good considering the volume, but I would have a lot of explaining to do and women who just wouldn't be able to accommodate it. You might not want to risk outsizing yourself. You also could try a small amount of HA to smooth or tweak. Many (including myself) have used HA with existing PMMA and most docs now recognize there aren't major major issues with it. Hopefully one will chime in.
