TOPIC: Hanging to the left in TJ

So after spending the last year reading every post on this forum and doing my own research I've decided to make the trek to Dr. C for some PMMA enhancement. I have enjoyed reading all the progress reports on here so I figured it was only fair that I document my own journey. I'm scheduled for 11/21, not really nervous at all, just excited.

I'm 42 yo, married with two kids. My starting stats are 3" FG and 3.75" EG with a severe curve to the left. EL is hard to measure, but I'm pretty much 7" on the outside track and 5" on the inside, so I'll just go with 6" EL measured center line. My goal is to just get to normal Girth, about 4.5-5". I'm satisfied with the length and also very happy with the curve. The curvature has only increased sexual satisfaction for both parties, depending on the position, it applies more pressure to vaginal sidewalls and can hit spots a straight shaft can't. In fact it's probably the only thing that has kept my sex life intact, I would imagine a 3.75" EG straight penis would be a disaster for me and my self confidence.

My wife can take her 6" EG dildo with no problems at all, so after playing with that for a while, throwing my little guy in there isn't quite the same for her. My wife would never tell me directly that I have a small penis, but over the years, innocent comments like "can you feel that" kind of sticks with you forever, lol. Our sex life has not been very good for the last few years...there are a lot of reasons for that and I don't expect PMMA to fix it by any means, but I feel that it can't hurt. For one, it should help my self confidence, no women wants to have sex with a man who isn't confident in their ability. It should help a little with her satisfaction rate, if it feels better (even just a little), she may be inclined to want it in her more . My wife is supporting me through this, we have been talking about it for a year. She says she doesn't care either way, she's just concerned for my safety....but when I told her last week that I finally decided to go through it and I scheduled the appointment, her eyes lit up really big. She is just scared that I'm having this done in Mexico, but I think she's excited about the possible increase in Girth.

So I do want to thank everyone on this forum for their stories, research, and insight....It certainly helped me in making my decision. I've attached some before photos, hopefully they show up.

Wow, when I see your photo (although a longer shaft than mine), I am stunned to see that I was once 3.5" MSEG, and the difference 1.5" can make visually and physically. Your goals are realistic and attainable.

And as for Mexico, it isn't nearly as bad as it's made out to be. Sure, there are violent drug wars that have a presence in the city (TJ) but their targets aren't American citizens. Is it still dangerous? I suppose so...but I'd argue it's relatively dangerous traveling to any foreign populated city where you don't speak the language.

I'm glad you've also realized & accepted that new gains in Girth wont guarantee any sort of fixes "in the bedroom." Intimacy issues are usually much deeper than superficial inconveniences (i.e. penis size), and I suspect PMMA will be only a first step toward renewing a healthy sex life.

Thanks SO... I've been following your story closely, on the old boards and here, due to your starting shaft size. I appreciate your openness and willingness to share. Obtaining a 5" EG would be a life changer for me, can't wait to get started

I just got back from Dr C. I stayed at the Marriott and it was a great experience. I felt totally safe walking around the area and grabbing a coffee or some lunch. I found comfort knowing that I was only a couple blocks from Dr C's office and I ended up going there the next day to have the swelling looked at. The food at the hotel is pretty decent and the margaritas in the the lobby bar where killer!

ROUND 1

Well, I did it, got the first round under my belt . Like everyone has said, Dr. C and Wade were great, Wade has a very calming voice that really makes you feel comfortable. Had no issues or problems at all, shuttle was on time and easy.

I got 20 cc's of 30% at the base and 4 cc's of 20% at the head, metacrill. Four injection holes.

Looking good so far, swelling at the circ scare and the base injection holes hurt a little bit, but they sealed up already. Hopefully I can get hard a few times tonight for massaging...luckily I have a hot wife that will help me out

Congrats Mr Bendy. I am glad everything went well for you. Did you request the 30% and 20% PMMA or was it suggested by Dr.C?

So after talking with Wade about my goals he suggested the 30. He said the they have been doing a lot more of 30 lately with good results. So I thought it sounded good, since I started with less than 4 EG, I have a long way to go.

Everything looks good this morning. The thing is huge (its all relative right?), I'm at 4.75 right now with swelling. Been massaging like crazy, little worried about the end near the circ scar. It's really swelled up there and I can feel some ridges. Just doing my best to massage those out, but I have a feeling I'm not getting it all smoothed out and I'll have some minor irregularities there. Oh well, that's what round 2 is for .

Right now I'm very happy with the results

Day 3 update.

So the bruising has definitely gotten worse since yesterday morning. I'm still have a lot of swelling just under the glans and that's where I spent most of my time massaging, so I kind of think that's what is causing the additional bruising. I've been applying Arnica so I'll see if that helps. I'm in no pain at all, just a little sore when I touch it. Other than that it's going great, very happy.

The "massaging" thing is a two edged sword, IMHO. One can cause a problem if massaged too much or too hard. I believe massaging does not achieve too much after a few hours, Unless there is an obvious problem that massaging will fix right after the injections...

Day 5 update

I am showing very minor improvements. The bruising, swelling, and soreness at the circ scar is still pretty bad, I won't be able to try him out for probably at least another week. Wife and I are a little bummed about that! I'll probably shoot an email with photo off to Wade today and see what he says, I really don't have any concerns though. I was probably a little to aggressive massaging during the first 24 hours. Everything else going good!

1 Week Update

Well, the good news is the bruising is about 95% gone. The bad news is the swelling at the circ scar is still pretty bad, it's really only slightly better than a few days ago. I emailed a pic to Wade and said everything was on track and that the swelling should be subsiding pretty rapidly after the first week, so we'll see...

It's going good. Tried it out with the wife for the first time this morning. It was definitely tighter for me and I could tell even with a little reduced sensitivity. No comment from the wife though which I thought was kind of odd. All she said was it felt bigger in her mouth, haha Ok. I'm at 4.75 Meg and 5 at the base. I'm definitely going to have irregularities at the base and glan... I'll comment more on those in a few weeks once all the swelling is gone.

For you notsureyet, I would seriously consider 20% over the 30. I think I got a little greedy and went with the 30 and I have a feeling I'm going to need many more sessions for touch up work. Of course this was my first round, so I have no idea what the 20 would have produced... Also I'm married right now so aesthetics weren't as important to me.

But that said, I'm very happy at the 1" gain I have so far. I'm hoping I only lose a 1/4",but we'll see. I'm just starting my journey and am expecting it to last a couple years

I am in a similar situation. I am married also and am more concerned with Girth than aesthetics. I will probably opt for 20% over 30% though. I will prob need 30% at the base only just because my skin is tighter there and I dont want to end up with a bowling pin shape. When I pump the base doesn't grow nearly as much as from the circ. scar to the glans.
