It came back naturally without me doing any PE exercises. I do not think anyone on here has lost any length permanently from getting PMMA. RE-30% is no where near as realistic as 20 or10% in my opinion. Yes you get great gain and that is what I was after. I'm 43 married long term and 4 kids, doesn't matter that my Dick doesn't feel natural, I have a lump and a void at the bottom Anyone not wishing to be detected might try a different path than mine. However I wanted maximum size, it's what I asked for & it's what I got. I am very happy with my results, no major issues and no pain at all. Rnd 3 has gone extremely well so far I think.
