What you describe willtravel is a total mirror image of my experience post op,as i got the procedure in Prague on 4th April 2012.Donot worry what you describe is perfectly natural and things will settle down.As regards massaging,Dr.Nemenkova advised me to massage gently using thumb and forefinger(like an okay sign!) from base to tip very gently.Also,use the palms of your hands in a rolling motion,imagine picking up a cup without using your fingers is the best way i can describe it.....)Roll backand forth in an alternating fashion,this can also be used for upside and underside of penis.Do this will and keep taking your meds,all will settle and then you can in a few weeks time focus on booking the next round............

Interesting, Dr. C & Wade recommend a much more aggressive massage post-op, curious to know Dr. Nemenkova's (Gonna call her Dr. N from now on lol) reason behind her post-op protocol. Thanks for sharing!

Well guys i am 12 days post op and i am worried my penis is not healing as it should. When i got back i had to go straight out to work on the sat and then travel down to another job on the sun for a monday start so massaging was not done as much as i wanted to.

I am not sure whether this has caused the PMMA to settle more down one side (left). It also looks like it has all settled mid shaft so when i pull my skin back one big lump comes up the shaft with the skin and bunches up as one big lump and looks terrible? have any uncut guys had this???

My penis is lob sided to the left. when Erect also and goes pretty red when i masturbate (which i think i attempted too soon). When i pull back the skin here it bunches up and there are a few really hard spots that stick out. it looks even worse. I have attached photos and would love some advice i am really worried that this is not turning out the way i thought it would.

Don't worry Wt you have still more rounds and she can camouflage the whole area (i.e. more PMMA at the base +/- Kenalog injection into the lump) so it is too early, at this time I think only massaging the lump won't help, you have to squeeze the lump hardly between your fingers just to try to break the clumping of the beads in this lump and separate them if you can so still you can do that during the 1st 4 wks only. Btw that was lemperle's opinion but it is always better to ask your dr's opinion.
Did she wrap your penis ??

Some take longer than others to fully recover. I'd forward the photos to the doctor's office to be on the safe side, but I personally don't find these photos to be alarming in any way. Seems like some aesthetic issues that need to be addressed in a follow-up round, and I strongly suspect the redness to dissipate in the coming weeks. In a few more weeks I suspect it'll look normal (again). Good luck.

WT - The low point is a bit different for everyone, mine was around the 2 week mark. As for post op care, I would spend the time massaging after round two. You can work on squeezing the hard points at the entry points (squeeze hard) but they went away completely for me after about 8 weeks. The post op care is important, if you spend the money to get this done, you need to spend the time taking care of it. 6 weeks was my high point and it seems to be roughly the same for most people. the collagen really kicked in at week 3 for me, so you are getting close. Overall it sounds like you are healing normally, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Thank guys it means a lot i got a bit wound up yesterday and hopefully paranoid.

SO i have emailed Dr N and await a reply. before the procedure i didnt really mind about aesthetics but now that its settled and not looking good at the min i dont want to sacrifice it looking normal for a big but ugly lump that girls dont want to jump anyway might as well have gained nothing!

biggerbob i completely agree mate. my post op care or lack of was my main reason for getting angry as its my own fault, well due to work. bad timing really. next time i will take a few days off after it.

Thanks smartman for the expert advice bud. i am going to give it a try tonight.

dont let me moaning put you off trying! i got wound up due to lack of post op care. it looks better now. i'm just gonna leave well alone and let nature take its course. monitor and massage the life out of it mate.

woke up with morning wood lol so i thought i'd take a pic.

redness has gone now. the lump on the left remains unfortunately. have been squeezing it but only forms when i pull the skin back when Erect. will that just be the product clumping back when i pull the skin back?

Still awaiting a reply from Dr N after 3 emails. not sure why shes avoiding me when i know shes replying to others?

Willtravel. Not concerned looking at your pics. Yes you do have some uneveness which will improve over the next 4-5 weeks. Keep massaging it I still do and find that it straigtens things out a bit. I dont do it very hard just fast with say one finger on any areaswhere it feels a bit uneven. Looking at your Flaccid shots no one would notice anything other than a healthy sizeable penis. That said I think she could have distributed it better I agree that 10cc is not a lot so she was being prudent but 30% is strong stuff. Perhaps 20% with 12-13cc would have allowed her to spread it more. Easy enough to fix though and as long as she has your pics she knows where to add and where to leave it be. Good luck you will be fine. JABM

Ive been massaging and it does look better. i am close to booking round 2 as the doc has got back to me. she was travelling outside of europe. she said everything was normal and any irregularities will be sorted. made me feel a lot better! Hopefully the collagen will start to kick in as im 2 weeks post op!

Hello guys sorry for the lack of updates i have been away on holiday.

tomorrow it will be 4 weeks post op. i still have the lump which i feel is going to be a feature until round 2 when it can be sorted.

i am still 4.5'' eg mid and have gained 0.3 in that area. base remained at 4.5''. since the swelling has gone down that is all i have been at. never had a low point or a gain past 0.3''

here are some pics. notice the Erect shot with the skin over the glands, no lump. then when i pull it back the lump forms on the left hand side. this happens on both Flaccid and Erect but worse when Erect. a girl would notice it straight away even just by touch as its hard. tried squeezing but no success.

the only real positive is that the Flaccid gains i have had are really good. if i got out of a freezing pool the Turtling would be unreal (think acorn lol) but didnt retract at all. looks good.

anyway have a look see what you all think

Hello everyone just a quick update to say ive booked round 2 for the middle of august. will be gettin alot more than last time. feels like am going for round 1 again!

No progress on the gains which are still the same as previous post but the lump i had seems to have reduced. still there but nowhere near as noticeable as before.

I'll keep you guys posted.
