 NW1- Hoddle is right- Belladerm didn't exist when I had the procedure performed. I would also caution that it is substantially invasive and requires months of stretching and Hanging afterward- complication rates are high...but compared to what? What procedure doesn't? PMMA is really too soon to tell, just like allo was when I did it. I view the result and years of 'enjoyment' I had with allo as a success, but I also don't believe there is an ideal procedure. They are all risky. JBM indicated he was getting FFT with 'top ups' every few months; that's maybe safe, but obviously the least permanent with marginal results (I've read). He als indicated that it reabsorbed underneath the PMMA and is likely mostly gone as could be expected. Soma had PMMA on top of bella... but he had the procedures relatively close together (a year or so I believe). My allo had absorbed somewhat after 8 years, but it was a very gradual thing. I'm guessing it's entirely possible PMMA may have a slow degradation as well. I'm sure in 5 years from now there will be yet another 'latest and greatest' ... so the only question you have to ask yourself is when/what bandwagon are you gonna hop on? good luck with your decision- BTW, I do not regret any of mine.
