Wondering if growers have a disadvantage in post PMMA errect shape, because we have not enough room somehow or are tighter with our skin, or what not.
Just thoughts.

Would like to see more post PMMA pics from other growers. Funkyasian & SO for example.

I've been absent from these forums for awhile. Apologies for my lack of updates. Crazy busy life. Back in San Diego today for Round 2 in a couple of hours. Excited n nervous. Took final PMMA round 1 pics. Will upload by this weekend.

I've been sleeping consistently with only one girl since the 1st procedure. She hasn't said anything. When I'm Flaccid it looks good. When I'm hard it looks wierdly shaped. Going for 20cc of 20% this time. Hopefully some of the defunct areas will be resolved. One thing I'm nervous about is losing more length from the 2nd procedure. Lost about .75inches from 1st procedure 6 weeks ago. Praying that it will come back from a stretching routine.

Great pics so far, MGB, I don't think you have anything to worry about with your EL or swelling. There does seem to be some definite areas that you should touch-up at the second procedure, but overall it looks like a pretty awesome round one.
You and Sizemic have both had great results coming from similar starting stats as me, and we are all relatively young which I believe is a significant factor in the collagen formation and healing of this procedure.
Can't wait to see more from you, good luck on your second procedure, I believe its today?

End Round 1 Measurements:
BPEL 6.5-6.75" Upper Girth 5.25" Mid Girth 5.25" Base 6-6.25"
Flaccid Length 5.5" Upper Girth 4.75" Mid Girth 4.75" Base 5.75"

Lost a bit of length here, but overall happy with Girth increase. ~0.75" decrease in length, 0.75 increase in upper shaft Girth, 0.5 mid shaft Girth, ~base Girth. Flaccid varies completely. Hard to get accurate measurements. Only assessment to be made is that it is chubbier when soft.

From your photos it doesn't look as if you've lost any length. In your pre photo you look to be measuring BP at about 7". But in you post op photo, you don't appear to be measuring BP. In fact you don't even seem to be measuring right to the base NBP.

Why don't you take a BP measurement with the ruler at the side, pressed gently to the pubic bone, as in your first photo. Also it seems in the pre photo you were sat down with your knees pointing outwards. This isn't the best way to measure as it's a favourable angle andgives more guys extra length. If the next time you measure, you aren't at a favourable angle, it will appear that you've lost length. A good tip is to stand with you back to a wall, feet shoulder width apart and penis at 90 degrees. If you always measure like that you'll know the variables are the same each time.

Round 2:

Arrived in San Diego on Wednesday. Almost missed the connecting flight. Took a shuttle to the Lowes' hotel. Shuttle to hotel cost $29 + $6 Tip. Taxi back to airport $42 +$8 Tip. Expensive. Hotel is located in a beautiful area, but could have just stayed in the Sheraton again in downtown San Diego and been just as happy. Rooms are nicer in the Sheraton too.

Shuttle picked me up at 1:30PM. Only minutes to cross border. Arrived at Dr. Luis' office. Ran into an issue again with payment there. I had previously asked if I could make payment via credit card. They said that I could make a payment of up $1000 through credit and the rest another source. Wanted to go this route cause I was thinking of the points I could accumulate. This was a terrible decision. I forgot the credit card companies charge at least 3% for foreign transactions. Then Christian charged me for the fee they incur for processing the credit card. I stated, "You guys as a seller have to eat that fee. Buyer's dont pay that fee. When you go anywhere and pay for something you are not charged a processing fee if you use a credit card." He says, "Well that's not how it works in Mexico." Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he full of BS. Second time something shady in regards to payment has happened with him. Just made payment and didn't want to cause any problems cause I wanted the best treatment. Should have just brought all cash as these fees will have cost me around $80.

Not sure how long the procedure took. Maybe a hour, hour and a half. Lost track of time. Let me tell you, Dr. Luis, Mel and Wade are very professional about the whole procedure and do their best to make sure you are happy with results and won't do anything they feel is risky with the procedure. I felt like they really put a lot of work into sculpting my Dick. I can't thank them enough for this. I recommend them to anyone who is serious about this procedure whole heartily.

Ended up getting 26cc of 20%. That's not a typo. He says I hold the record for the most ever injected at one time. I told him I hope that is a good thing and not potentially dangerous. He said not to worry about it. They went with five injection points. 3 at the base and then went in with another 2 even closer to the base to fill in some void spots I had.

The Girth is huge. Love sporting this thick Dick even though its kinda of deformed at the moment. Whatever they did during the procedure caused me to get some of my length back which is a great feeling. It's really hard trying to even everything out. The PMMA doesn't want to move and my Dick is sore as hell.

One thing Wade mentioned was I should consider getting a webbing reduction. I agree with this. My Balls don't sit right on my Dick. When they are Hanging low its not too bad, but when they are sitting high (ex: when I'm cold) they are closer to my mid-shaft making my Dick look smaller. He said it was from using the stretcher device. I think its a combination of that and Jelqing I've done for many years. Something new I'll have to look into. Anyone sport any advice about this?

I'm tried now and my Dick is starting to feel itchy.

Seems like they're getting comfortable adding more cc's. I actually had 23 cc's added last week, which also seemed pretty high compared to others. I'm excited for round two now!

It isn't unusual that they are injecting more now, partly due to demand, and also partly due to the Doctor's growing understanding of the penis's potential & limitations. Before PB they were doing penile bioplasty at a frequency of once per week maximum, and as infrequently as twice a month. Now in the past year they seem to have averaged at LEAST one a day. The amount of experience, penis variety, and feedback this exposes Dr. Casavantes to has grown exponentially! I'd venture to guess he'll begin rivaling his Brazilian counterparts in expertise of penile bioplasty in the coming years (if he hasn't already).

I think it's interesting that your 'assymetry' is heavy towards the left side with base injections, whereas I have assymetry leaning on the right from glans injections. I also have lingering length loss of about 1/4". I had 21cc of 10%. I will be going for round 2 and am looking for a gain of .5 (no more). I am hoping for a combo of good aesthetic with a reasonable Girth gain. How would you compare the 'feel' of the 20% to the 10%? It's underneath the 10% if I understand correctly, so maybe it's not as noticeable. I think your beginning length is slightly longer than mine, but my beginning Girth was more- I am sitting at around 5.75+mseg and struggling to hit 7 BPEL, so about where you're at prior to this procedure. I'm curious how your swelling is over the next few days. Nice result though man, congrats! Regards

Round 2 Day 2:
From the top it doesn't look bad. Lacking just below the glands. From the sides it looks quite deformed looking. Have a huge gap between the base and mid shaft that is lacking on the underside. Contusions have developed.

You had great first round gains, my goal is your final round 1 stats. I was in on Tuesday had 24cc of 10% then the next day sent wade an email with an update and questions and he said the doctor wants to put a bit more in the base on the right, so on wednesday I went back in an they put 4cc of 20% so a total of 28cc in 2 days, I'll start a thread when I get back home the long flight to australia, happy healing

How do the contusions resolve? I did not realize the PMMA went to the underside? Thanks for posting the pics. Keep us posted. I know that "issues" are real stressful. I wish you a speedy recovery. I assume you are staying in contact with the docs? Any insights from them?

My entire penis was bruised dark red and purple. 99% of it faded in 3-4 days, the rest on the 5th day. I am not sure it made a difference, but when I had some lumping in one area and not enough in another, I wrapped the lumpy areas tightly with gauze, forcing the clumps to the lacking area. I left it like that for hours in-between the massaging sessions.
