Finally I managed to get it out. I had promised to post some of these pictures of the implant removal and the healing process. Here are some pictures. Look at the how the two halves are joined together. The surgical thread is crudely sewn in, it was sitting on top of the penis shaft and causing irritation and scar tissue to develop. You can see some of the scar tissue (called capsule by the genius) that was left when he pushed the implant out of my penis while I was watching. How can the most sensitive part of a man, the penis tolerate this kind of implant with threads and knots rubbing against the raw penis shaft while it sits there 24/7? Also, notice the ragged edge where the implant would sit just behind the glans. The implant always felt like it was roughly cut and the edges always were painful to varying degrees throughout the duration of the implant in the penis. Check the rear edges of the implant. The good Dr simply snips the ends and does not even try to round of them off causing more scar tissue to form. Here are some pix of the incision. Check out the discharge tube! Almost 14 inches long and open ended both sides so germs can go in and out as they please. The incision was never sawed properly and it bled for quite few days before is finally closed up. Fluid would discharge form the entry point of the tube, not THRU the tube....how ingenuous! I had to pull it out my self. It felt like I was pulling my own guts out. Luckily I did not get an infection. I kept the incision clean on almost hourly basis. I did not sleep for days after the Removal. Removal of the implant caused massive Peyronie's disease to occur. The penis had a curvature to the right and upwards. It took months for some of the curvature to go away. Today there is still some of it left. I was told that PMMA will help correct it, so far with two sessions it did not!
