Thank you for continuing to keep us all updated. It is very appreciated.

I had my procedure with Dr. C a week ago today and so far everything is going very well for me with 30% I will let you know once the collagen has begun to grow properly if I experience any of the symptoms you speak of now.


If I may ask, and I apologize if you answered this before ( I have read your entire thread several times and did not see the specifics mentioned) What brand extender are you using? Are you satisfied with it?

I am going to stretch now to ensure all my length (and more) comes back. How soon after your procedures did you begin to stretch?

Anything you would do different if you started the journey over knowing what you know today?

I waited a month after my 2d PMMA procedure before I started Hanging and stretching again. I think I put the stretcher on within a week or 10 days after round three but not for any real duration. I really just wanted to make sure that I didn't lose any length like I did after round 1. Like any PE, i think your own body is the best indicator on when to start, when to take a break, etc. If I could do it all over again, I would have started stretching and Hanging when I was 20. I would have done some type of dermal graft procedure in my 20's. I would not have done the FFT. I would have had my ligs cut once the procedure was established by one of the few good docs back in the day. I would definitely have done PMMA as soon as it was available. That being said, it's very likely that I would have done the elist implant and I'm very thankful that I never did. I probably would have mirrored messagemans journey.

I almost always have some swelling after sex but it's not painful and I kind of look forward to it because if I have sex multiple days in a row, I'm at my biggest - I mean best! lol

Update at 6 weeks post op round three. All the lumps and bumps seem to be softening noticeably except for one bb sized and shaped Nodule underneath about 1/2 to 2/3 of the way up my shaft. No pain and everything is functioning well. I've lost a bit at mid and I'm sitting just about 6.25". My junk looks good Flaccid and Erect and again I will use the parachute accident "almost lost my junk" excuse with all intimate encounters in the future. lol

I've also attached the two pics I use with my online ladies when closing the deal for a first date. Fishing is good when you use the right bait

I assume you mean the neck right below the glans? I'm guessing about 4.75" - my original size - but not sure. I will measure it the next time because now you've made me curious. It tapers to big pretty quick. The last girl that went down on me could only go about an Inch or so below the glans before her mouth was stretched. Funny thing is she said she loved doing it. Don't know if it was the oral or the screaming in ecstacy sex we had afterwards - either way I'm happy.

Been working my ass off so no time for the ladies but I do have four of them lined up to date starting next weekend. These four are more like normal first dates and I have not mentioned anything about sex with them. I will avoid that subject and see the reaction if and when I get them into the bedroom. All four of them are ladies I met online and they cover the spectrum of normal women. Single girl, no kids in her late 20's to a mother of three, and now a grandmother in her late 40's and everything in between. Regardless, I'm happy to be completely confident in potential sexual side of things and that is a new way of life for me

Man our units are looking pretty similar, I hope to experience similar progress as yours after my next round or two! I especially love your flacid look, it looks very natural like mine I think, just a lot bigger, haha. I'm at 6 months post R1 now and its definitely diminished from its post initial max and I'm missing it dearly.

Man, that is a great result. Like others have said, you cannot tell there was anything done at all. It just looks big and thick, especially Flaccid. Congrats! Makes me want to sign up right now!

Thanks! I'm going to go for one more round but it will be for asthetics only. I'll let Dr C decide how much and what concentration he needs to use. I think my junk will settle at about 6.25" MSEG and that's big enough. I plan to wait at least another 6 months to allow everything irregular to soften and if there's any major hard spots left, then let Dr C determine the best course of action. There really is only one bb sized Nodule directly underneath that I'm concerned about. I read on someones report that Dr C will not inject PMMA on the very underside of the shaft but that's just not true. My implant goes 360 degrees around my entire shaft. The "bb" is directly inline with my urethra about .5 inches below the underside of my glans. I've been working my ass off and no time for the ladies but that changes next week. Will report the latest escapades with the new package. IMHO I still firmly believe that size matters from purely a physical sexual standpoint. It has nothing to do with love which is absolutely more important but it's been my experience that a woman achieves more stimulation with something large.

Measured this morning and down to just less than 6.25" MSEG. Not really happy about that but it is what it is. I'm almost two months post op round three and don't know why the 30% wouldn't give me more of an increase than the 20%. For all you PE vets, there is a big difference between 6" of Girth and 6.5" of Girth. Only .5" on paper but still quite significant when it comes to your junk. I'm a little concerned about putting too much more PMMA in my package. I've had 68 cc's to date and that seems like quite a lot. I would hate to push it and end up with some major problems. What is the max PMMA that any one man has had injected - overall? Obviously time is on my side and I will wait for at least another 6 months to allow everything to settle in and see where I end up.

I'm beginning to think less is more. The Brazilian Dr's seem to suggest that the best results come from 10cc of 30%, injected no less than 2 months apart. We've all observed the diminishing returns trend with each procedure, but I'm wondering if this is also true of amount injected per session.

I read on one of the Brazilian Dr's sites that each 10cc injection should yield a 1 cm gain. When you look at Freds experience this seems to be true. If you look at the results I posted of 10% guys, they were averaging around 0.5" and with less cc's than we are now seeing. It suggests to me that the immune response isn't directly proportional to the amount of PMMA injected. This makes sense, as if you have a splinter in your finger, the size of the swelling doesn't double in the thorn is twice as big (that might be a shit analogy, but it's the best I could think of).

I wonder if slow and steady wins the race. I wouldn't be at all surprised if 4 separate sessions of 10cc, will give far more gains than 2 sessions of 20cc. Also I think it's sure that aesthetics will be better.

Sorry, I posted before I realized something.

Looks like BJ and I have both had near the same amount of PMMA (I have 69cc vs his 68). And if his before stats are correct we have the same net gain. (4.5" MSEG to 6.25"). Only I did it in 4 smaller sessions vs his 3.

Personally I would have rathered only 3 but my 3rd was mostly 10% and gave me NO gain
