An update with pics. Length training consisting of Hanging and use of an ADS continues to produce results. My old lig cut scar is moving steadily up my shaft. LOL The longer I get the more I want my 3d procedure. Trying to get my schedule squared away to allow me to do that this fall. Trust all my brothers are doing well.

Great looking results dude! Thought you said you were 7.75" now? I have two stretchers but am afraid they'll displace the PMMA

MGB, I've hit 8" bone pressed and 7.25" non bone pressed immediately following a Hanging stretching routine. Those are not cemented yet. Still showing progress but a little slower these days. Had a great weekend with a petite 40 year old mom of four children. 5 foot and 100lbs. Sex was great, and she even used the word gargantuan at one point. I'm one happy dude and am learning that 6+ in Girth is actually big. Still want my third PMMA with a goal of hitting 6.5" mid shaft Girth. Wish I could have done this when I was 20! lol But will still get to enjoy it for the rest of my life. I started really slow with the Hanging - low weight and short sets. Can hang 15 lbs now for 20 minutes at a time with no problem. The PMMA, if anything, is better. She tried to go down on me and could only get the glans and a bit of the shaft in her mouth. She had her hands all over it all weekend and never noticed a thing. Gotta love Dr C!

Big John, you are an inspiration to me. I wanted to hang again and get the 7" from the barely 6.5" BPEL I have and it seems so far away since I've taken a long break. Your penis looks ideal to me and turned out so symmetrical and natural. I am gonna drop about 10lbs off my rig and start back up today! And Just tell her if she can't take at least half then she hasn't earned it yet lol!

How long did you wait to hang? What Hanger did you use?

I use a vacuum type Hanging device and an X4 extender with the tubing, not the comfort piece. I think it was about 6 weeks after my second round that I started Hanging. Again, I started very conservatively so watch the weight and the time. I think my initial gains are from my lig cut in 2009 - I never really did a routine post op because it didn't feel right at the time - felt like I would tear something. I've got a busy October so it all has stopped for a bit but I will get back after it in November and will continue until my 3d PMMA.

PMMA alll the way - had her over again this past weekend - sex was even better. Hell, she drove 100 miles late in the night to see me! lol Hanging and stretching is a viable option for me - no adverse affects to date, but take it slow Brother and listen to your body. Everyone is different and it will tell you when to move forward and when to back off. Headed to New Orleans next month, will keep you posted on the ladies and their reactions. Amazing.....

Just shot Wade an email requesting a mid December round three date. Requested max CC's of 20% with Girth increase still being the primary objective. Think I can handle 24cc's easily now after all of the Hanging and stretching this past year. Would like to hit 6.5" mid shaft with this round but doubtful I will achieve that without a fourth round. Will keep the forum updated.

Looks great Big John, if I may ask, after you receive your injections and there are places on the shaft that are uneven do you massage them lightly to blend in or do you wrap with something? I've seen some pictures of guys right after they have the injections and there is a lot of puffed up areas, I just wondered if you went through that too and if so how were you able to blend the areas in to make everything even? Thank you for your posts by the way.

The wrapping was not for the swelling - it was to keep your junk extended and the PMMA somewhat stablized until it quit moving. I wrapped at night for the first few nights while I slept, and for the trip home. The rest of the time I let it hang and I massaged routinely - even when I didn't need it. You will feel the clumps starting to form and it's quite obvious where you need to focus your massage efforts.

Round three scheduled for the 11th of December. At least I think so, Christian will confirm tomorrow. Looking forward to getting bigger!

Just confirmed my 11 Dec date for round three with the office. An early Christmas present and I can't wait. Girth is definitely addictive. I'm 9 months post op round two and sitting at 6" in Girth, some new length, and no complications to speak of. A long way from 10 years ago when I was 4.75" in Girth and 5.75" NBPEL. Will update the forum following the procedure and post pictures for our scientific community. This is probably the only guinea pig job I'd ever take on! lol

Wow what a great story. I am Hanging 15lbs 30min/day myself with a bib Hanger and gel sleeve for comfort and PMMA seems to be holding up ok for the most part. Lost 1/8" MSEG after I began Hanging heavy and Clamping down tighter but if I ever can get to your length ill do a last(est) lol PMMA round to help cement it all. I'm holding right at 6" Girth and am stoked about this next round - with a little luck I can cement 6.5" of Girth and don't think I'll need another round - we'll see. I've found over the summer that my ADS is more effective on length gains than the Hanging. I still hang but normally only for 30 minutes to an hour before i put the stretcher on. I try and leave that sucker on 8 hours a day if possible. I'm curious to see how much I lose when they pump another 24cc's of Metacril in my junk. The problem this time will be my ADS fitting me- it was tight after the last round. I'm thinking I'll need a bigger base element after this round. lol
