Often i find that the men that gained significant length were actually late teens/early 20's. I grew about a quarter Inch during that time with no stretching. I'm thinking these younger guys are just maximizing their natural growth as opposed to stretching beyond that. I'm hoping that lengthening through PE is viable for men past the 25 year mark. I have been told by a doctor to only pump for about 5-10minutes , and let the air out and pump during those minutes to give the penis new blood during the session.. Hanging heavy weight should be done in 10-15 minute intervals, for an hour or more. That should be safe enough for our dicks.
