Love it kcchief! I was not the smallest...I was the 2nd smallest and she'd played the field. She was drunk when she admitted that and surely wishes she could take it back but it's ok. I have an opportunity here to fix that and she's with me all the way.

Someone asked me about erections after surgery. Made me remember something. I was very ready for sex but couldn't have it for so many days after that erections came naturally. I used each one to look for high and uneven spots to massage them. Be sure to look in the mirror as you can not see them all just looking down. My wife pointed that out to me as she saw some I didn't. My end result is totally natural looking and smooth throughout.

And yes SO...didn't realize it but damn I sure do bruise badly there. Even when bruising went down it would come back at the gland after an Erection.

17 days post round 1 and gains have begun after the dreaded shrinkage. Went from pre op 4.5" mid Erect Girth to post op max of 5 1/8" down to 5" and now back up to 5 1/8". Kinda surprised to see the collagen build up so soon. Last measurement was take on the 29th (11 days post op if I counted correctly) and I was still at 5". Very happy so far. Do have a bit of a pronounced ridge just about half an Inch from the base. Wife says it was always there and just more pronounced now. Pretty sure I know my penis geography better than her but she's right more often than not. Will keep and eye on it and take pics later this afternoon.

I'm told Wade will tell me how much PMMA they used last time and I'll be sure to ask about this time too. So far still sitting at a gain of 5/8" at largest mid base Erect point. At 5 1/8"

Wife saw me sitting naked this morning on edge of a chair and said "hey! You hang," I said what? She told me I used to basically just turtle my little thing when Flaccid but now I "hang" and most importantly she "really likes it."

I've been very bad about updating lately. Sry. The good news is after about 6 weeks post op I'm a full 4.5" always Flaccid which was my perop Erect mid Girth! Seems so small long ago now. Erect I've regained all of the 5/8" I lost after swelling post op went away. I am back at the post op 5&1/8" mid Erect Girth. Wife and I love it. Feels and works completely like before but bigger. Round 2 is still on for Oct 15th. If I can gain another 5/8" and put me at 5&3/4" I'll stop there and be happy.

Thanks for the update PATW! Glad to see you regained lost size during collagen formation. I am curious as to how many cc's you received and at what concentration. Can you enlighten us?

I'm just as curious too but when I emailed Christian and asked he said Wade would tell me in Oct when I come back. I'll surely let you know though!

Adavant for the little bit of anxiety I had. Went in from glans instead of base. Didn't expect that but Wade and Dr Casavantes both agreed I "...turned out great last time!" I did ask and they went 16cc of 10% round 1. That took me from 4.5" Erect Girth to 5 1/8" so gain of 5/8". Dr C said lets go for the gold here and went 15cc of 20% this time. Filled a little more at base to help reduce Flaccid retraction too. They think I should be at 6" now. I would have been happy with another 5/8" but who's complaining?!? Lol.

I showed him the side by side pic with the old pre round one mold and post round one penis I've posted on here. He asked if he could get a copy of it and use it. Of course I shared and will do another in 6 weeks after this round is settled in.

Posting this at border waiting to get back into USA. Slow but I'm all smiles. Wife was Very happy with Dr C and staff and there goals for me lol!
