TOPIC: Edupd's Progress Report

After spending the past several months following different stories with PMMA I decided to finally book my appointment with Dr. Casaventes last month. My first session was yesterday, Aug 2.
Overall, my experience with the clinic was great even though they pushed my appointment 4 hours, which didn't end up having any impact on my schedule as it just gave me more time to tool around SD.
It really looks like the Dr is completely sold on the concept of sticking with the 10% concentration as he did mention again that his results are showing similar volumetric results while lessening the occurrence of lumps or bumps.
As luck would have it the freezing worked very well and the Dr and Wade were able to push very close to the glans first time round so hopefully the results will provide a nice taper with little gap. Everything above the circ line is pretty swollen right now so its way too early to tell.
Wade also wrapped me up pretty good before leaving with a roll of gauze. It seem to do the trick as it took nearly 45 minutes to get back across the border to the hotel and everything was still in place when I unwrapped it when I got to my room.

Session One + 3 days

The puncture marks are no longer visible this morning after my shower. The remaining scabs over the prick marks dissolved away but it is still sensitive to the touch and the two outer punctures that they reused while filling the base downwards are still quite painful and bruised up.

I've still got some localized bruising along the right side of the shaft and and little bit on the Foreskin same side. I have a fairly prominent vein spidering up that side so it's no surprise that it probably took a couple hits. The bruising on the left side is pretty much gone already.

Pain-wise, the base is still pretty sensitive and I've probably aggravated it a good amount by massaging the lumps down from the settling PMMA. I ended up all day yesterday sitting on cramped planes and airports so the shape was pretty messed up when I got home last night. It took a good half hour to smooth out the shape and get rid of the ridges that had formed at the creases along the backside and edges of the base. The shaft is also a little sore along the right side where most of the bruising ended up but the rest feels perfectly fine.

It's tough to comment on the swelling though. It feels as though nearly all of the swelling is left the Foreskin area and the ring that had formed is all but gone. I believe there still may be a bit of swelling mid-shaft along the top as it feels much spongier than the rest, and I'm quite certain I'm still swollen along the puncture line across the base. As such, these preliminary measurements must be taken with a grain of salt in light of only being 3 days out.

Impressive gains, you will probably see some of the initial size diminish in the coming days/weeks when the swelling goes down, but some of it will return with the collagen formation.
I wouldn't attempt forcing any kind of erections, your best bet is to let it heal until most/all of the swelling is gone.

Like SO said there will be changes. what I found was that my shaft and behind glands didnt change or rather I ended up with the day 2 measurements matching my six week measurements but the base did decrease as thats where the swelling tends to be worse. if your Foreskin circular scar area looks odd or swollen dont worry it can take weeks even a month or two to completely heal.

I had this nagging feeling that my memory of my original measurements were flawed so I just went back to the old site and looked up my numbers from March, the last time I actually put tape to my unit. As I suspected, I'd underestimated my starting numbers so the gains seen during the swelling stage aren't quite as impressive. I've updated my previous posts. I have been taking Traumeel(arnica) tablets and using their cream too so hopefully my swelling never really got too badly out of hand and I've still got some good gains to be seen from future collagen growth.

I'm on day 5 right now and the swelling in the base continues to improve. The bits of bruising on the shaft continuing to dissipate but the base looks like it'll still take a little while longer to do the same. The base has got some pretty deep purple blemishes around the big "book-end" punctures marks on either side and those areas are about the only areas left that are sensitive to the touch.

I didn't leave their office until 8:30pm so the wrap was only on for about an hour and a half. Just enough time to get back across the border and to my hotel. He had listed leaving it on until bedtime but it was already time to start winding down anyways so off it came.

I should also comment that I had elected to stay in SD an extra day rather than boarding a plane right away so I could give it a full 36 hours to settle. Wade agreed that this was the wiser approach and wished more would consider doing the same just to be able to take care of any lumps rather than get stuck in an airport/airplane for hours on end and run the risk of unevenness. When I go for my second session end of September I'll be doing the same but I'll be pushing for a morning appointment so I don't get stuck in rush hour traffic again. I spent at least 45 minutes at the border on the way back to the US.

I'll probably also make a bit of a holiday of it. I used airline miles and booked a cheap hotel but even so it felt like a bit of a waste just going there and not actually getting out to see anything. I'll probably go down a couple of days early and do some sight seeing. I hadn't been to SD for a good 10 years and probably would have enjoyed doing the tourist thing a bit.

Session One + 7 days

I'm at the one week mark and it looks like all of the swelling is gone now. Over the week it seems that the swelling dissipates starting with the top and ending with the bottom as the base was the last area to return to normal.

The only bruising left is a small area about the size of a quarter on the right side of the base where the largest puncture was.

There is still a very slight discomfort along the injection line but it has been getting better progressively so it looks like everything is healing as expected.

Esthetically, with the exception of a couple of isolated lumps on the left side of the base you wouldn't be able to tell that anything has been done. The texture and shape of the shaft is perfectly natural, just a 1/3" larger than this time last week. It'll be very interesting to see how things progress from here over the next 5 weeks.

@edupd Indubitably so. Complete collagen formation can take some time. Patience is your friend at this point. Congrats on your result thus far. Very impressive indeed.

You are doing great and right now you are at the unofficial low point so expect some gains! My final gains came when I measured at week 6!

I have been taking photos along the way but I haven't decided whether to post them or not. If I do decide to share, I'll do my best to label them sufficiently so they portray an accurate progression.

I did take a few minutes today and overlaid my pre-op with my latest photo and I was surprised at the gain in width. It's not "amazing" but it is definitely noticeable, yet I couldn't really tell just be looking at the real thing or handling it that it was any larger.

Great gains man. So before your collagen formation you have gained a little over 1/3". After it forms it sounds like you will have even more impressive gains. Definitely keep us updated!
