Because of what some of you have been so gracious to share I am thinking of no surgical but to try stretching and a pump. I was looking at the implant and in researching that I found out about PMMA and this board. I don't want to go thru what you did and I am so happy it finally worked out and you are happy with your super penis. I have tried pe and gained .25 FG with no change in eg. I did get lots of painful irritations, spots blisters and such, nothing compared to what you endured my friend. My hat is off to you. I like what the "seasoned members here" preach, do your due diligence before and go in with the knowledge that you can come out "worse for wear" so to speak. Also dances with dragons posts are so full of wisdom along with SO, MM, Maybe I'll go the PMMA route someday, but I think I'm gonna get a pump and try a modified stretching routing with no Jelqing and see where my new journey takes me. Gonna try a schedule of daily manual stretching and pumping every other day routine for 3 months and see what happens. I also ordered an esl 40 which I will eventually use everyday. 1 Inch gain in both length and Girth is my goal for this next year. I think it's reasonable and achievable I don't need to be "huge " just bigger. But I guess you couldn't say that the Elist implant was a total failure. After all you would not have your current Girth if it wasn't for the capsule/implant?
