I'm really stoked how the micro drops have smoothed things out and added a soft "cushion" to the firmer PMMA implant. I'm lightly pumping with an X40 as Wade recommended it to assist in healing and to further improve aesthetics. I barely fit in the pump! I'm going to use the pump to stretch once stabilized and continue manual stretches. If I gain... great! If not, no big deal. My size has not wavered since my touch up. 7.25"BEG and 7"MSEG. I'm also stretching my skin towards the scrotum. My glans almost fills the tube on the X40. Now THAT... is a sight to behold! Wish it stayed that way! Has your PMMA implant gotten harder or softer with time? I was told by doctors that it should soften with time, but it seems like it has stayed the same for 7 months. Kenalog and 5fu did not soften anything, though dmso improved it about 30% so far. Deficits and ridges were distinctly more palpable. The drops add cushion and render underlying deviations imperceivable to others. It feels more natural to me. @jewdub In due time... I've always found pumping post PMMA hasn't worked out too well for me. I find it always makes ridges more pronounced / worse (both circ ridge and base "dog ears") and any mid shaft irregularities seem to show up after the post pump swelling has gone down. I also usually drop 1/4" Girth for a good 2 days after pumping... I guess my question is, what is the pumping protocol Wade gave? Do you follow it exactly? I'm just thinking that perhaps I was pumping for too long (I usually kept it below 5hg pressure so I don't think it was too high pressure, but I did usually pump for a good 20 min - 30 min in a sitting). I had the same experience with pumping as Sizemic did. I had to wait quite a few weeks for the shaft to get back to normal, smoother with less ridges. May be I pumped too much for too long, but I will not do it again. Of course good healing buddy.... I skipped a day and still was at this size. I'm 7.8" - 7.9"EG immediately post pumping. It's difficult to release the vacuum when you fill the tube. I don't wanna be M8x8...
