TOPIC: Sudden trouble with Dr. Elist's silicone implant
Re: Sudden trouble with Dr. Elist's silicone implant
14 years 3 months ago #1272996320I'm sorry I'm late to these forums. I've only found it a week ago and have finally finished reading EVERYTHING on the site. Some very good info here and I hope I can contribute in kind. I used to post on MNS back in the day but left as it became clear what they were turning into. But having said that...
Unfortunately, the "thread" (as you described it) in your penis is NOT scar tissue. Elist places a band attached to the pubic bone and running up the penis shaft to behind the glans anytime somebody has to have the implant removed due to infection. I had it as well. He told me that it was to make sure the penis stabilizes itself during healing. He should have told you this before hand but as many of us are finding, he's not very straightforward with his clients. You will need to have it surgically removed. It is a hard substance (plastic, silicone?) and doesn't stretch very well. The one he used on me was so short that my penis didn't even hit 4 inches! For a guy who went from a clean 6" to under 4, trust me, it was tramatic. It also made me curve upward and to the left. Maybe he made it longer for others but mine was definitely no picnic. I'll probably write up my story as well as I don't want to get into it here. It's a long journey and its not over yet.
All the best to you,
MHN

This really makes me sick now. No doubt, originally I had given Dr Elist permission to put his faulty implant into my penis. Probably because I was ill-informed due to the many shills on the Internet. But when the implant had to be removed, I had made it clear that I really wanted everything out. And now you are telling me that there are some other "Elist leftovers" inside my penis?
I do have to admit that my pecker is back to normal at this point, maybe slightly thicker than it used to be. But I also have this fecking "thread", whatever it is. May I ask you, MHN, did your original length come back after you had this string removed?
I think we should do everything we can to prevent other men from getting hurt. If I was to set up and pay for a new web site (fully dedicated to Dr Elist), would you (all Elist victims) give me permission to post your stories? There is probably not much we can do to stop Dr Elist, but we can do our best to stop other men from walking into this terrible trap.
Thanks lads!Pat

Kyle,
I assume you are referring to the Elist implant. After your previous experience and reading other's Elist victim's posts, how can you even contemplate getting another implant? I suggest focusing on your health and improving your EQ and then reassess Phalloplasty options at that point.

Those are some serious issues. Do you have any photos, especially before & after? I have heard of similar issues, but yours seems on the extreme side. Pardon my skepticism, but I really believe you'd do our forum (and prospective patients) a service but sharing as much information as possible... at the very least it'll enable us to offer you better advice.Kyle wrote: I had my implant removed a year ago due to infection. I have not had it replaced yet. My size has reduced from 7 inches to 4 inches and I do not get erections but my penis gets slightly larger during the night. Nighttime almost erections feel the same but the penis does not get hard. I have ejaculated once in the past year. How long should I wait to see about reimplantation? My MD said wait another year till everything is healed up then put in the new malleable that is concealable. Any responses?
There are some guys here who are familiar with implant removal, and there is one thread in particular that is very detailed: phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/The...MMA-and-then-5414806 . You may also want to do searches on Messageman and Nueknob as well.
Personally, I'd seek out the consultation of multiple urologists and have this erection issue looked into. One year out, and the doctor is asking for another year for full recovery? Two years to recover from the removal of an implant sounds a bit much I think... Sounds like nerve/tissue damage to me. I'm no doctor though, so this is all mere speculation. You really need to see a doctor and get a professional opinion asap!
I have some additional questions (like, was this the Elist implant?), but I think it would be wise to start a new progress report since this thread belongs to PatrickEire. If you need assistance with starting a new thread, feel free to shoot me or a Moderator a private message.
Good luck and I hope you overcome these unfortunate circumstances!

14 years 1 month ago #1273863205Like others who had this removed, I have trouble getting full hard erections unless I take an ED drug like Viagra. I've lost an Inch in Erect length.
I feel for you guys with more issues but it does get better with time.
Good luck,,

Removal of the implant has also caused me loss of Erect length and my EQ is not as good as it used to be but I think age may have added some to the EQ problem.

I had to go through pain for 6 months before having it removed due to money issues. Since then I've lost about 3/4" and have serious curvature and even worse if I do bone pressed and bad scar tissue. I've also had hard time getting erections I believe due to depression. Time to sue, if you need me, im right here..........Elist has ruined too many lives with his wishful thinking attitude & the implant that has destroyed many mens lives. I would even be a spokesperson for all of us & go on CNN if needed be, I dont care who sees me, I am willing to do it to stop this clown from proceeding with any more surgeries & we could close him down with a big lawsuit!
