I still haven't heard back from Christian and will have to email Wade to see if he'd be able to answer. I didn't want to pressure them in any way so I said "carte blanche, do it our way". Then once it was done I figured I'd ask them later and now it might be a bit late to verify. I assume that they noted it down for future reference in my records but are maybe too busy with the canula's to spend their time pouring through their filing cabinets.
Sorry for this shortcoming in my progress report, I grant you that this is relevant information, especially when comparing starting to finishing stats for one's own procedural references. Dr C had his assistant take a lot of pictures during my procedure as I authorized him to use them for scientific purposes. He said he'd send me some for posting here, I will also inquire about that to.

Thanks but that was a direct post-op picture and it didn't quite measure up to that later. Today at around 4 and a half weeks later it seems to be finally kicking in, I noticed already in Flaccid state that it has gotten thicker overnight. In Erect form it is also gaining in Girth with a slight irregularity on the left side, but it is only just now starting to build up collagen so whatever dips or bumps might smooth out or get more distorted depending on the next few weeks progress. It serves no purpose to fret until the entire process is over. So I'll just wait it out until it is all there and at that time measure and comment here.
One thing which is cool is that the lady you call my dedicated fan will notice it gradually growing and assume it's due to the recent testosterone shot combined with all the supplements I am taking. I'm only kidding around because I found out the hard way that coming clean about medical procedures is taking a fairly large risk of rejection, so it is reluctantly that I chose to play it safe and find some pretext to explain away the changes. It sure beats telling her "You gotta admit I had a really small one, so I had to fly down to Mexico to get it pumped up with plastic! How do you like my new custom designed wanger?" lol

I plan not to tell any lady about my stuff! I think most women will not understand and will not except the idea what some men are doing to their manhood. It is not fair, because by definition, they alter their looks with make up, perfume, hair colors, nails, silicone, PMMA and many other things......you name it! but then again, life ain't fair ....

Heck, I vaguely told the woman I was wild about for the past year that I had done a few 'procedures' to get back into shape. This ended the most vibrant intimacy and she no longer "feels comfortable speaking with me" saying we can therefore "no longer be friends like before". Yes, she's an immature college senior, so this isn't always going to be the case with others. But what can be gained by sharing such info, unless you need her as the beneficiary to foot the bill? There is something however to this Girth thing, because the remaining lady some have called my 'fan' went away for a week and for the first time confessed she had had a dream of me banging her. Now, that never happened before at my original pre-PMMA status. I think she's going to like the new collagen buildup as soon as she gets her hands on it.

You're smart to have found a way for her to accept it, the parallel is a good one. Except that for woman pretty breasts are more of an adornment with their final destination being feeding infants? For men a larger unit is not just for appearances but implies one's manhood and the ability to procreate. That role in the act of procreation makes it somehow something sacred, tributary to mother nature. Tinkering with it and making it artificial might be almost perceived as betraying that purpose?
Wade told me that when the collagen starts to kick in you'll just know it. And that's how it happened with me. Today I was Turtling a bit as there is less buildup than when it was swollen, and it became a good bid wider than it was long. It sort of freaked me out, but this should not stay this way once more collagen is there, resisting its tendency to shrink downward.

I was wondering if you have seen Dr Abecassis since your procedure? I remember you saying at one point that he wouldn't trust himself to administer PMMA, but it wasn't clear if that was bc he was against it as a substance, or felt inexperienced. Would be interested to hear his reactions to your results.

Sorry for my belated reply, I have been traveling for many weeks and offline. Dr Abecassis, like most plastic surgeons, dermatologists and phalloplasticiens, is adverse to permanent fillers. However his main reason invoked was that he was not good at using it, which was a candid declaration. This means that he feels more comfortable with FFT injections which he is very proficient at giving, something I'd do if I were wealthier as it is what I call a costly "high maintenance" solution. He hasn't seen my PMMA results and I wouldn't feel comfortable confronting with having gone over to the competition when I find him a very competent and highly professional plastic surgeon with a great deal of experience.

UPDATE
I am at about week 8 after round one of PMMA (still no info back from Wade on percentage or number of CCs) and my Girth hasn't increased much, just a bit between week 5 and 6. I'd guess I gained an Inch in Girth at the base and half an Inch at the shaft. This is from fairly low specs. So I am nowhere near the rather nice swollen dimensions just after my first session of PMMA injections. I am not unhappy, as it did increase enough that one woman even said a week or so ago: "Tell me,. you must have done something, you are huge!" so she did notice it was larger after week 6, another woman who once knew me a long time ago noticed nothing changed, despite lengthy intimate contact (she's a master at you know what) but did moan and gasp like nothing I remember from before, and a new girl who never had kids and thus was tighter but who didn't really make any comments one way or another. This is the first time in the sack with a woman who didn't know me before so I really don't know what to make of it. More later. lol

I am concerned about women as we must realize that we do want to please them otherwise why go to the extreme lengths of getting Girth by way of Phalloplasty?
I am however reassured. Today the new babe I refused to sleep with before getting PMMA said to me today:
"I really like your xxxxxx, we fit together just right. Actually, we fit PERFECT."
Now that's a testimonial and she does get a glazed over look on her face with her eyes gazing into the emptiness. However I think that with more Girth that silent scream might turn into a loud moan... so I'll wager she'll probably be happy when it comes to session two sometime next year.
Meanwhile I will need to somehow gain length before then and never did get the VacAds which didn't reach me by UPS or got stolen in front of my door during my month long absence. They really messed me up by waiting over ten days to ship.
