Actually to echo that, I've had probably 10+ women tell me now that they were initially a little worried that "it wouldn't fit" after I whipped it out. Of course they "worried" in silence and still ended up going through with sex.

Seems to me like girls are somewhat turned on by trying it. But once the act is done, it's seeming more like they are kind of thinking "Ok, I've tried that, it was fun, but I'm sore and I don't think I want that again."

Sex to most women is little physical and lots of emotions. If your GF/wife (meaning long term commitment) is into you, in most cases the size of the Dick is not the first thing on their minds.
I think for most men, and I speak for myself here, sex is mostly physical and somewhat emotional. Quite the reverse than for women.

All my long term "good relationships" my original Dick size was never an issue. We had great sex. It was only when I had relationships that were going down the drain that all of the sudden size became an issue. It has ironically been mentioned here that some girls left their BF/husband because of their Huge Dick size. Now I do not believe that for one moment. these women just used the Dick as one issue to complain about. There are many many other issues that can make/break a relationship with women.

But for me, if a woman has a big vagina, cold in bed and she is beautiful, it is still a deal breaker for me. I'd rather take a 7/10 who's good in bed with a small vagina than an 11/10 who's is a cold fish....For me that is..

I think for most women oral IS very important for them. Many women come easier with oral than with the penis, I do not have actual numbers but I believe this to be fairly common.

For me personally, a nice clean naturally tight vagina is most important whereas good oral is not a deal breaker. Remember, good oral can be taught to your GF/wife whereas a big vagina is not easy to be taught to be tight....

Big vagina is definitely a deal breaker. For me its not so much the tightness as much as the appearance. Like I'd take a loose-ish but perfectly shaped vagina over a tighter feeling but big meaty flappy vagina.

Definitely thought about it (who doesn't haha) but I wouldn't know how to get into it for one and two... I just feel like it's probably not as fun as it sounds. And I don't think I'd have the cash to get something like that going. The amateur route is definitely the way to go these days I feel but that takes money to get off the ground.

Upsides would be you would get paid to pleasure some of the most aesthetically pleasing women (at least body/face-wise, often not the vagina). Downsides would be dealing with the behind-the-scenes issues that the general public are not privy to. There was a guy awhile back that wrote an article, I believe was titled "Being a Porn Star for a Day," where he literally performed as a porn star. Well, reporting back for duty everyone. A new year means a new beginning... I seem to have lost about 0.25" of length since my first round of PMMA on May 26th 2011. This is likely just due to stopping manual PE and daily stretches altogether (as with the PMMA I didn't want to bung anything up). Its nice to know I did pretty much cement any gains I had for my 5 years of manual PE pre-PMMA.

Thoughts: Neat that I have a 7" x 7" Cock and nearly the same size Flaccid. I am one of those lucky guys that is pretty much the definition of shower. I hardly retract at all (or get smaller even) which I think has helped greatly in giving me good results with PMMA.

What I will be reporting on: I work from home and live alone... so why not wear an ADS while moving around the apartment working? I also happen to have both the VacADS and AutoXleeves (+ weights) from autoextender.com. Plus I like the way it feels to keep things stretched out and heavy

What I hope to achieve by August 2015 (8 months):

+0.25" to +0.5" length in both BPEL and NBPEL and Flaccid

Goal length is therefore: 7.75" to 8.0" BPEL & 7.25" to 7.5" NBPEL
Goal Flaccid length becomes: 7" to 7.25" NBPFL

I suspect that I will get back to the 7.75" BPEL fairly easily since I have been there before... I'm not too sure if there is room for much more growth than that though since I have already lengthened out quite a bit. I doubt my ligs have much left in them haha. Well wish me luck! I will log both my manual stretching time and ADS time here. I will likely use the AutoXleeve with 14oz weight mostly with the odd stretching here and there and maybe the VacADS if I feel like it... though it's kind of a pain so I doubt I'll VacADS much.

5 hours AutoXleeve (14 oz weight. which is 0.875 pounds).
I only use enough sleeve to grab just under my glans... (not over the whole Cock like you would think you'd use the AutoXleeve for). After removing the weight Girth ballooned up a bit. It was kinda cool. Not too sure why it did this. Maybe blood flow to the area or something? I feel nice and sore though which is cool.

I really hope this works and gets you to whatever length you ultimately want!

You are always going to balloon up after using Vac ADS'ng or VACstretching for longer periods. The differential pressure at the tip of your penis has the same result as Vacuum pumping, thus allowing your penile tissue to fill with lymphatic fluid. Beware of side effects though, all the fibrotic areas where your PMMA has settled will toughen up and become harder because you will drain cellular fluid out of those areas. The result will be more ridges and more prominent PMMA areas which will need months to smoothen up again and look natural....

Hmm so the vacuum on my head encourages my whole penis to swell as if I was pumping? Or do you mean just the head swells?

And I think I can see what you mean when it comes to the PMMA tissues... it gets very very cold to the touch (which I am assuming has something to do with blood flow / fluid flow or lack there of).

Negative differential pressure on your head will affect the whole penis, not just the head. If you suck on a straw you do not generate negative pressure on the first 3 cm of the straw only
