Like SO says, your gland to shaft ratio is looking excellent. Thats still a bit of a concern for me as I think my head might not be able to fit with the Girth I'm looking to get. Half of my problem is that my head doesnt seem to get as inflated and hard as the rest of my shaft when I'm Erect, like it doesnt fill up as much as it can, have you noticed any differences related to that post-PMMA? I could see the implant possibly promoting more blood flow up to it. If it wasn't for this place I never would have done this! @openraptor 1. I find PMMA not noticable at all to the touch really. If you have a ridge you will notice it, but if it isn't bad I am sure your partner wont comment. 2. The ring is actually quite apparent with most guys after their first PMMA session. It isn't due to overfilling, Its just the way it seems to settle. They didn't due anything special to correct it.. Just filled the PMMA right up to it, but not over it this time.
