Good luck GSXR on your 5th round, but be extra careful with 30%....you can get many small clumps of PMMA since now you have had 4 rounds and there is a lot of new tissue in the area. On my 4th round of 30% I now have a few clumps that need to be addressed....

GSXR, if you have ridges on the bottom I am pretty sure they can't inject below them. I asked Wade about that last time I was in and he said that it wasn't a good idea that it doesn't really stay there. That those ridges are about as low as they can get it without problems.

That being said maybe they have figured it out... if so please post about it. I'd fly out there tomorrow for round 5 if that was the case.

I just read your other thread I know what you mean. Trying for that meaty urethra look? Like some guys in porn have 3 noticable almost same sized tubes on the underside. The two CC's with the CS in the middle if I remember all the crap I learned from manual pe back in the day. Or are you just trying to round things out more without being so wide? It would be a good way to get more volume and Girth without dwarfing the glans that for sure.

Trying to round things out. Going for the submarine look instead of the humpback whale look. How are your results holding up man?

I know what you mean man. Things are holding up fairly well. As time progresses I find my imperfections are getting a little worse (in general everything is harder?) if that makes sense. I definitely need a touch up at least... but for me it seems like a waste to fly out there and not get a full session.

On a super good day I am 6.25" midshaft, on a super bad day its around 5.875" mid. Average day around 6" mid. I am very very very tempted to go back for another full round... I have enough saved (finally). I am just a little concerned being a single mid-20s dude that I might be pushing things with a potential 6.5" - 6.75" mid shaft Girth... but something tells me I will eventually just get it done, so why wait? Not only that but my Flaccid to Erect Girth changes only 0.25" at most... so imagine a 6.5" Flaccid Girth? I'd probably be one of maybe 5 people in Canada with a Flaccid like that (similar population to California).

My length can definitely handle it... not so much my glans but I don't care about dwarfing them. If you were me, would you?

Yes I would man. I am going to. But thats just me. The cons are that some women will not want to repeat the visit. I am married and my wife is very umm....flexible err...stretchy LOL. She can take more, but can also take less. Her area is well, magical, never been with a woman like her that it just well...always goes back to the way it was LOL. Its a huge confidence boost for me to walk around with this thing.

Sizemic I'm married but like you I contemplate a 6.75" Girth. I'm not too worried about dwarfing the gland as long as the taper is great, what I don't want is the pig in a blanket taper. I prefer a taper like the pic I posted on page 3 of my patient progress thread. I just wonder how the good doc can make it happen.

But yes, just get it over with. You'll always run into women who can or can't handle whatever you throw at them.

Hah I am not so worried about repeats as it is rare for me to want a repeat from a girl anyway... unless she blatantly booty calls me and its convenient... usually I don't pursue girls much once I take them for a spin. So having the odd negative experience here and there isn't too much of a concern.

My only only only concern with another full round is that if I meet the girl of my dreams and she is one of the lucky few who would struggle with it.

Also being in the health, wellness and fitness field, it might be tough to walk around with such a huge Flaccid all the time... imagine me instructing a spin class wearing bike shorts (tight spandex shorts).

But I feel like I should just do it. I know internally I want it.

I often read posts that say naturally big guys shouldn't get PMMA, and that we should just settle with what we have. Then I read the posts of men who have had Girth enhancement and now have big dicks, and you guys still want more. Makes me think that maybe I'm not crazy for wanting more!

There are unknown risks with receiving PMMA Girth enhancement which has halted me from pulling the trigger just yet. But it seems like once a guy has had his first round he becomes so cavalier about receiving more rounds of PMMA. I'm picking up on a 'if you want it, get it' type of attitude from some posters.

I've got the money and I REALLY want Girth enhancement... I just wish I could be as bold as others and commit.

Just be thankful you aren't. It could well prove to be your saving grace.

Personally I think several rounds of PMMA, particularly of high concentration, could be very risky. I've long been considering PMMA, but what really puts me off is that I don't think I can achieve that gains I want, with just one round of 10%. But anymore than that would be way too risky for my liking.

The whole "is PMMA safe" question has become a bit of a misnomer in my opinion, as the risks surely rise with the number of beads. So to my mind there must be a big difference in terms of safety, between having one round of 10% and several rounds of higher concentration (which has become the norm). The types of problems I've seen with permanent injections seem to be worse the more one has. I've lived with pain, swelling, scar tissue and lumps and bumps etc on my penis, for long periods of time (years) but there is a limit to what I could tolerate. Some of the granulomas I've seen with large amounts of permanent injectables were the size of golf Balls.

Sizemic, when you say everything is harder, do you mean the PMMA is getting more firm on the touch? This one thing I am worried about, that is will become obvious when touched?

By harder probably more just like true outcome is showing.

What I mean is that it likely takes a few months or longer after your last procedure for things to calm down.

Think of a dude taking creatine to grow big biceps. They get bigger fast but also soft and undefined because of water retention. Once he stops bulking and cuts the fat away is when you see the nice toned hard muscle.

I just think the swelling has completely subsided plus maybe I've been dehydrated lately but my imperfections are more noticeable because my Dick is more "toned".

Look at the photos of big Fred on his blog. Notice how the more recent pics look less soft? Seems like it anyway. It's not something I am overly worried about.
