TOPIC: PMMA Journey - Dr. M @ Avanti Derma

I have my appointment with Dr M at Avanti for just a week away. I've been reading everyone's journey, watched The movie BLM, watched every interview on Avanti's site, on YouTube, and feel PMMA is for me. I am set up for the utmost package, will be staying at the hotel next door and getting the shuttle service. I'll be writing up about the travel, journey, process, and post care. I know several have but while staying a few days there after, maybe writing about the process may be therapeutic for me. I'm in TX so isn't a quick trip for follow ups. I picked the utmost mostly for the PRP, will see how good the phallotox helps with retraction, glans while I'm there, and the post led and ipl therapies to heal a bit quicker. It seems Dr. C is the best and Dr. M has been there with him for a long time and sits in all his procedures. I feel comfortable with the decision and nervous at the same time. Measurement bpl 6.5 msg 4.66-4.75. This is two attempts with not the best device so I may update soon. I've seen many gain an Inch with swelling over the first couple of weeks for it to settle to a 0.5-.075 Inch Final. I've always felt comfortable with length, not the greatest but felt average to slightly longer, but Girth is what has always been what I felt lacking. Maybe 1 session will do it for me and at most 2. For the trip I'm needing suggestions on restaurants near, anything near for shopping, travel while there, and any tips for the area? Thanks everyone and wish me luck.

You'll be surprised how many places will look familiar with food. Anything authentic Mexican is going to be great. Make sure you grab plenty of the candies before you leave. Good luck! I'll be there a few days after you.

There are a significant number of chain type restaurants in the area and a Smart and Final grocer. As for travel, with all the daily visits for aftercare (i did 4 in one day), there will little time for travel. Your penis should be the focus and all that you can do for it to get a great result. Stay in at night, order room service if you like, it's very inexpensive. Personally, I wouldn't venture out at night except for the restaurants that are close.

You wont; need luck, Dr. M is an expert and her results have been amazing. She has a great smile and energy as well, which makes you feel more at ease.

My 2 concerns are 1. Is PMMA carinogenic?, 2. I turtle a LOT, which people here say is no good at all for PMMA. Mi EL pressing at the base is 6 inches and mi EG is 5 but fully Erect. But my Dick looks more EL 5 or 5.5 inches and if I am not fully Erect EG is 4.5. I do not like that at all, not to mention that my Dick retracts too much while Flaccid, not only in length but in Girth, my little finger looks bigger .

the authentic Mexican sounds good but that's what ainwas worried about. With guides in Mexico before they'd say you want to eat here, definitely not there type thing. We will try it.

I suffer from retraction too. I got the utmost package , now up to $5k but the had 10% off promo. Part of the utmost is phallotox which takes a few days but stops the retraction as much. They give an ads that tries to keep it extended. Only thing I do t know about is day of procedures, the phallotox won't be working, with the included glans enhancement I doubt I'll be able to use the all day extender when I'll need it the most the day of procedure. Our measurements are pretty close so I'm interested how this goes.

Ive experimented with bathmate and power ring right after and wow condom no longer fits. It's a huge difference and almost to much for the lady. But once removed and bathmate pump gone its back to normal. Lady likes it now and the bigger size. This is more for me and how I feel.

Ian, the nurse wasn't too busy when I was there. He suggested the follow-ups and I complied. One of those follow-ups included the light therapy for healing.

Very little had to be manipulated each time I saw Ian. Also, my self care was minimally needed too. I recall waking up once during the night while I was there to move the PMMA. I have read that members have woken up on the hour to manipulate. I just didn't have to.

Tx for your answers I just send an email to avanti asking about the procedure with Dr. M, I have seen impressive results from her in this forum and Dr. C might be very busy, I like the Dr. to pay attention to me and take their time. I do not think pumps are for me. I have used them and as soon as I take the pump out my penis goes back to normal. I wish you Good luck on your procedure and keep us posted.

I'll April 2nd in the morning ( coming from Texas as well) doing the PMMA , prp, and the light therapy I believe . I'm only staying 1 night with the follow up the morning after because I have to catch the flight home as I'm doing this in my days off .. HA

Also coming from Texas! I have an appointment on the morning of April 3rd for a touch up session (first time being back in a couple of years) and will be there until April 5th.

There are plenty of places to eat right around the hotel. The typical fast food places (Carl's Jr., A chicken wing place called Wings Army I think a McDonald's if I remember right, even a Dairy Queen), there is an awesome Argentinan steak house called Fonda Argentina across the street. El Potrero Carnes is really close and has great Mexican food. And also a really good Italian place right in the area as well. There are probably 20 or more places to eat within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Hell, there is even a Little Ceasars close by

Procedure went great today. The ride in was super easy. Got the green light at the border so drove right in and straight to the grand where we are staying. Super helpful staff. Room wasn't ready so they stored or bags and off to see Dr M and Ian.

Got there, filled out the paper work and asked my questions. I selected the utmost package but didn't do the scrotox. I don't have that issue anyway so would be a waste. For prep work Ian walked me through step by step of what will take place from ipl light therapy, Dr M did the PRP and then the cleaning and numbing process began. Only felt the first couple and after it was totally painless.

Procedure was 13 cc of 30% and 8 cc of 10%. We did the phallotox to limit retraction and am now using the hangar three times a day for an hour to keep elongated. I was done in probably and hour and a half and had the glans done too. Slight flare to help keep uniform. Went over the post care with Ian and then we were off to explore.

Had some one good Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch and tried the Fonda Argentina for dinner. Wow that sirloin was huge and amazing. We did our follow up this evening. Only sensitive in one spot that had some excessive bleeding during procedure. Looks good and am pleased.

Tomorrow Im back for 9 AM for more post car check ins and will be here through Wed. Great to see a couple others in town at the same time.

Glad to hear all went well.. I'll be there around 9:30ish I believe to start my procedure , going to check in afterwards i def have that steak place on my dinner agenda !!! Probably will try to find some good Mexican food near by for lunch.. I'm going back at 5:45ish for a check up same day. I leave Wednesday unfortunately so Wednesday late morning will be my last check up shuttle scoops me up at 1pm to head back to airport .

Just left for my morning check up. Ian showed I'll need to be more aggressive when massaging than I did last night. He said I may need a small filler on side but will see later today or tomorrow. Down at the grand buffet breakfast. Food looks great

My procedure went pretty good I assume .. going to hit lunch at a Mexican place Ian refereed me to
El Potrero at 11:30. Have to go back up at 5:45 and let him check it out to make sure all looks accordingly..
feel free to come grab lunch and have a beer or 8. Lol
then this evening I may try to hit up that steak house everyone keeps raving about as food makes me happy and takes my mind off my bruised and battered penis .. ??
