They called it a "decon" break. They were offering it on Reddit before they were temporarily banned. They had a limited number of slots. I completed the transaction during that time. The only reason I didn't start this like 3 weeks ago is because my care provider has been booked and subsequently on vacation. If you look at Reddit blogs, you'll see where and when they offered it. I did not have to pay extra for it.
