The photo on the left I measured at 7.5 x 6 bpel and the photo on the right I measure at 8.25 x 6.25 bpel. Unfortunately, I dont actually have a measurement comparison but the difference is pretty apparent. My routine is Sunday - Thursday. Friday and Saturday off. I do a 12 week cycle of 12 weeks on then two weeks off. I also had a planned 3 month decon break. I use an air pump for 10 min 5hg- Restriction band 10 min- 2.5 hour in extender- 20 min air pump 5hg- Restriction band 10 min- 2.5 hour in extender- 30 min air pump 5hg- Restriction band 10 min.- Total of 5 hours in extender a day, 1 hour total pump time, and 30 min of max erection in a restriction band. Restriction band is probably kinda similar to clamping I guess but not as intense. Gains have slowed to a standstill. I plan on taking another 3 to 4 month decon break soon. I use a leluv 2.125 diameter tube. I also have a 2.25 diameter tube as well, but its a bit to big at the moment. The restriction band is the Giddy ED device. I use size D. But it is like running a 3 hr marathon. Maybe many people could - but very few ever do. It takes hard work, over a long period of time with the right mind set and avoiding injury. Great to see and hear Wishes results. Follow what he says and many of you will eventually see results. But that is also why people end up coming to see doctors like myself. More people what the Olympics than compete. We now have reliable methods to get some increase - not necessarily the length increase Wishes got - and it is quick and easy. Just expensive. I don't even like it that much. If you are already very hard and put it on it works well. The best part is the little bump on the top and the opening on the bottom so that it can put pressure in the right spots without restricting the urethra... Not sure the benefit of prolonged engorgement after pumping; however, I have a noose style band that is much more flexible and only costs $10 and would be great for this purpose... Its definitely working. I gained more than an Inch within 1.5 years. I am almost at 17cm but I needed to take a break. I couldn't see any gains after a while anymore. I will try to get myself slightly above 7 Inch. That is more than enough.
